We’re a large company with many different shifts. Because of that, it’s often impossible to get everyone to attend in-person training. When you factor in the shifts and what the budget would look like if we had to bring in an instructor for several weeks at a time over several months, it just isn’t realistic. I like the many options available for courses. I like that there are courses that cater to every career level and most business needs. I've worked with their team to meet unique learning needs that come with our business industry and have been pleased in that aspect as well. Additionally, I like that they offer courses in "small bites" as well as longer videos for all different work functions' needs. The videos come up quickly and are easily playable, and the option to create playlists makes completing videos even easier. I would like it to be more cost-scalable to a smaller Company with less need. I would also like if they'd not retire courses I use, haha. Additionally, there were several times when their team created a user to help and then we were billed incorrectly, to include that user. However, they quickly resolved that issue when they were made aware. As an administrator, I find their course assignment process a little clunky and confusing when it comes to reassignment. With our old planform they would simply go in and find the course and run the report filtering by what they needed was easy. We did not have to get involved with it. I like using BizLibrary because it's pretty straightforward and simple. I appreciate that you can search the catalog for keywords and get a sneak preview of the lesson to vet it. This feature is really helpful because as soon as we think of a subject area that we need to develop further, we just pop those keywords in the search window and get a quick list of all applicable trainings. We can then select from there which ones we want to pull and use for our staff. It's interesting, but also I'll say intuitive for those who may have technical experience with it. But those who do not have tahat prior knowledge and experience with SCORM files and what they're used for could benefit from the education behind the SCORM file. I enjoy working with our Client Success Manager, Terry Ankerfelt. He's kind, fun, and very patient. Terry has shown me the ropes in admin mode, come up with great ideas for my staff outreach, and found content in other areas I hadn't considered. He's really helpful. The initial setup of BizLibrary was easy and part of the onboarding process. I would rate my likelihood to recommend BizLibrary at an 8, and I've already discussed with people outside of work about how cool it is and what a great resource it provides.
