The Boosterlearn product gave my team a capability that no other university was using with its online students -- engaging with them after the semester is over in a meaningful way using follow-up quizes. The only thing that comes to mind is that the base product (Boosterlearn) has not been improved since I first started licensing it over five years ago. Our Customer Account Rep is fantastic. We were on the verge of leaving Biz Library, but our rep pulled us back. The customer service support is phenomenal, the ALIGN conferences are informative and entertaining, and the ability to add unique content and build our training and development in-house with BL library support is exactly what we've needed.
