SherpaDesk

SherpaDesk is a helpdesk and professional services automation (PSA) tool a small IT team can run alone. Tickets, time, contracts, and invoicing sit in one system, so the hour you log on Tuesday afternoon is on the invoice that goes out Friday. We built it for MSPs and IT consultancies where the owner still works tickets, and for school and campus IT teams covering many sites with few people. There is no contract, no implementation project, and no dedicated admin. Tickets. Forward your support inbox to a SherpaDesk dropbox address and each email becomes a ticket. Replies update the same ticket. Technicians can also open a ticket with "+ Create" on the dashboard. Queues, classes, custom fields, priorities with SLA targets, To-Do checklists, and recurring tickets for scheduled work are built in. Time and billing. Log time on the ticket with a timer or by hand, mark it billable or non-billable, and set rates by client. Billable time and expenses collect in Ready to Invoice, where you pick the entries and send the invoice. Prepaid contracts track against each account, and leftover hours can transfer to a new prepaid pack. Invoices and expenses go to QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks. Everything else. The knowledgebase has publish levels from technician-only to a public portal, and any ticket can become an article. The customer portal runs on your own domain with your logo. Assets track by account, and projects, SLA reports, and a custom report builder are included. Users sync from Active Directory or Google Workspace. Modules you don't use toggle off. SherpaDesk does not include RMM or endpoint management. We integrate with NinjaOne, so monitoring stays in the tool you already run. Pricing is on the website. Your first agent is free, forever. Base Camp is $45 per agent per month and High Camp is $55 per agent per month. Pay monthly and cancel any month, or pay annually. The free trial runs 14 days. Schools and public agencies can buy annually by quote and purchase order. Two founders built SherpaDesk in 2001 while running their own MSP. It is still founder-led and independent.

Acquired by Flywire (NASDAQ: FLYW) in 2024, Invoiced combines accounts receivable software, AI-powered automation, integrated payment processing, and deep ERP integrations into a single connected platform. Unlike point solutions or freelance invoicing tools, Invoiced is purpose-built for complex B2B finance operations where invoice volume is high, payment methods are diverse, and reconciliation is time-consuming. Core Capabilities & Features: -Automated Collections Workflows — Customizable dunning sequences, payment reminders, and escalation rules that trigger based on payment status and customer behavior, reducing manual follow-up work -AI-Powered Cash Application — CashMatch AI automates payment matching and reconciliation to invoices, even with incomplete remittance data, minimizing exceptions and month-end reconciliation time -Subscription & Recurring Billing — Supports usage-based, recurring, and hybrid billing models with automated invoice generation, proration, and customer billing portals -Global Payment Processing — Accepts 1,200+ payment methods across 140+ currencies with automatic FX handling, enabling domestic and cross-border collections without adding banking complexity -Deep ERP Integrations — Native connectors to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and others ensure real-time data sync and eliminate duplicate data entry Finance teams use Invoiced to accelerate cash collection, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and regain visibility into the full receivables lifecycle. The platform eliminates data silos between AR, payments, and ERP systems by automating payment reconciliation and posting. Routine manual tasks—invoice delivery, payment chasing, cash matching, exception handling—are shifted to AI-driven workflows, freeing finance professionals to focus on strategy, forecasting, and relationship management rather than execution. The platform is particularly valuable for organizations scaling transaction volume without scaling headcount, companies operating internationally with multi-currency and multi-payment-method requirements, and finance teams struggling with legacy systems that lack automation and integration. Invoiced serves mid-market and enterprise finance teams across industries including SaaS, healthcare, education, financial services, insurance, professional services, staffing, and nonprofits. Thousands of global customers rely on Invoiced to process billions in receivables annually, and the platform is recognized as a category leader in A/R automation.

HubSpot Revenue Hub

Revenue Hub is your team's command center for quotes, billing, and payments. Because revenue context finally lives where your customer data does, your HubSpot AI can work from first prompt to final payment: Breeze Assistant helps reps build quotes from simple chat prompts and surface upsells and renewals automatically, Customer Agent handles billing questions, and Revenue Agent follows up on overdue invoices, so your team can focus on compounding revenue instead of chasing it. The product addresses the challenges of fragmented CPQ workflows by providing AI-powered automation, integrated billing and payments, and a connected buyer–seller experience. It is intended for sales representatives, revenue operations managers, sales leaders, and finance stakeholders who need greater visibility, efficiency, and control over the revenue lifecycle Key features and capabilities include: • One connected quote-to-cash system - Revenue Hub brings CPQ, contracts, billing, and payments into a single workflow instead of a patchwork of point solutions. • Revenue context becomes a competitive advantage - Teams can see what a customer bought, how much they paid, who paid, and what is changing — all inside HubSpot. • Faster revenue, fewer handoffs - Revenue Hub is designed to help businesses quote faster, close faster, automate billing, and reduce the manual re-entry and disconnected workflows that slow revenue down. • More control after the deal closes - Contracts create a central source of revenue information so customers can manage amendments, renewals, and post-close changes without losing the thread. • Bigger platform value, not just bigger feature value - This is the shift from a quoting add-on or payments tool to a true revenue engine that connects selling to finance and powers the broader customer platform.
