The Odoo Invoice app is no different. It also connects amazingly with all the other Odoo apps we use and it helps us push those invoices to our accountant. **What do you dislike about Odoo Invoicing?** It requires quite some setup and if you truly want to make use of the full customization options, you'll need some IT support. You can use the help of Odoo itself, but that will have a big cost. **What problems is Odoo Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each day we have to send out hundreds of invoices because of the transactions with the customers, Odoo Invoicing helps us manage those invoices, automates sending them out and pushes them through to our accountant. ### 3. Unrealized gains and loss reports. One click to create invoices and outstanding payments so that you don't have to reconcile them later. **What do you dislike about Odoo Invoicing?** You can not make advance payments for suppliers. Although the system supports multi-currency, the partner ledger report is only in one currency. No sub-ledger for receivable and payable. **What problems is Odoo Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multi-currency problems: Odoo automatically converts the amount to the company's currency in the journal entry. Also, unrealized gain/loss reports are generated to measure the changes in value over time or due to currency fluctuations. ### 4. The automated emails for late payment is beneficial and saves a lot of time. I enjoy the integrations with other apps, such as the Odoo sales app. **What do you dislike about Odoo Invoicing?** I wish that refunds were easier to process. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo Invoicing:** You can use Odoo Invoicing by itself, but it is meant to be used with other apps such as Accounting, Sales, Website, eCommerce, Inventory, Purchase, CRM, and more. The real benefit comes with the integrations with these apps. **What problems is Odoo Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is so much automation built into the Invoicing app, and even more automation with the integration that comes with other apps. Here you not just only create invoice, also manage it's refund. Along with it journals, currencies, accounts, etc. you can manage things here. Customer / Vendor both things manage easily and separately. In reports also we can check debit/credit, profit/loss etc. **What do you dislike about Odoo Invoicing?** Here there are few things like if you want to separate entries of accounting using analytic accounts or manage multi transactions via splitting entries are quite difficult. Along with it managing these things over reports are also complex. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo Invoicing:** Using this application one can organise their all needs of accounting process.
