What do you like best about CiMS Job Costing for Creative & Production Teams?

It fast, cloud based, and moves quickly through the job creation and budgeting processes. It gives overall visibility of jobs per client and tracks the status of work in progress jobs well. What do you dislike about CiMS Job Costing for Creative & Production Teams?

Cloud based system, which allows for fast input and job creation. Work flows easy to manage and follow. Budget templates easy to create and duplicate from existing jobs to new jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CiMS Job Costing for Creative & Production Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows seamless integration between our billing system and accounting system. This means records are updated and synced, removing duplicate errors and unreconciled projects. Tracking of jobs / projects been worked on by producers and teams is easy. Our old system was stoic and took a long time to process, CIMS interface is fast, easy to navigate and allows us to manage and close out projects in a much quicker turnaround. We used to have to manually input all invoices once billed to our accounting software, now the invoices are synced and push through. We had to import bills into both CIMS and our accounting software, now there is only one work flow from data, to CIMS that then pushes to QuickBooks. Saving time and manual error.
