I appreciate that Ordway has made our billing and invoicing much simpler. It handles complex pricing, including usage-based, tiered, and recurring fees, without the spreadsheet workarounds we used to rely on. Invoicing, credit card payments, and revenue schedules are all in one place, which has improved accuracy and given us better visibility into cash flow and AR. Revenue recognition schedules are generated automatically, making month-end close faster and easier to audit. I find the reporting on billings, AR, and deferred revenue clear and easy to share with leadership. The system is reliable, and the responsive support team understands finance workflows and has helped us work through edge cases quickly. The initial setup was very easy.
