What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

I like how BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation streamlines invoicing, reminders, billing, and payment collection, ultimately saving time and effort for finance teams who no longer need to spend as much time chasing customers. The automation reduces manual work and human errors, drastically cutting down on repetitive tasks. I also appreciate the flexible payment handling and customer convenience, supporting a wide range of payment methods like credit/debit cards, ACH, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. This allows customers to pay in the way that suits them best, resulting in faster payments. What do you dislike about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

I find customization limitations a bit frustrating. While automation handles standard invoices and reminders well, it can be harder to customize workflows for unique billing scenarios. The standard automation seems optimized for recurring invoices or standard subscription plans, so if you have complex scenarios like tiered pricing, it becomes challenging.
