## About Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)
Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud, is Salesforce’s revenue lifecycle management solution for managing pricing, quoting, contracts, billing, and revenue operations on the Salesforce platform. It helps companies automate quote-to-cash workflows, support complex pricing and hybrid revenue models, and keep sales and finance teams aligned from quote through invoice. Agentforce Revenue Management is built for businesses that need more than basic quote or proposal creation. Teams use it to configure products, apply pricing and discount rules, manage approvals, generate accurate quotes, connect contract terms, and support downstream billing and invoicing. It is designed for small business to enterprise companies with complex product catalogs, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, renewals, partner selling, self-service buying, and governed revenue processes. Because it is built on Salesforce, Agentforce Revenue Management connects revenue workflows with customer data, sales processes, reporting, approvals, and automation across the Salesforce platform. Its headless capabilities also allow companies to expose revenue workflows through APIs, agents, and digital channels — so pricing, quoting, approvals, and billing processes can run wherever customers, sellers, and partners work. Agentforce Revenue Management differs from lightweight quoting or proposal tools because it manages the revenue workflow behind the quote. It is designed to govern the full quote-to-cash process, including product configuration, pricing, approvals, contracts, billing alignment, renewals, and revenue operations. The solution is best suited for growing businesses, mid-market companies, and enterprises that sell through multiple sales channels and use more than one pricing model, often called hybrid pricing. Smaller teams with simple pricing or one-off proposals may prefer lightweight quoting or proposal software. Companies with complex pricing, subscriptions, usage-based models, approvals, renewals, multi-channel selling, or billing handoffs are better suited for a revenue lifecycle management platform like Agentforce Revenue Management. FAQ: What is Agentforce Revenue Management? Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud, is Salesforce’s solution for managing the revenue lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, contracts, billing, and quote-to-cash workflows. Salesforce CPQ focuses on configuring products, pricing deals, and generating quotes. Agentforce Revenue Management supports a broader revenue lifecycle, including quoting, contracts, orders, billing, invoicing, and revenue operations. Who uses Agentforce Revenue Management? Sales, revenue operations, finance, IT, and operations teams use Agentforce Revenue Management to manage complex pricing, quote approvals, contract terms, billing handoffs, renewals, and revenue workflows. What problems does Agentforce Revenue Management solve? It helps companies reduce manual quote-to-cash work, improve quote accuracy, enforce pricing and approval rules, connect sales and finance processes, and manage complex revenue models such as subscriptions, renewals, usage-based pricing, and multi-channel selling. How is Agentforce Revenue Management different from Proposify, Quoter, or PandaDoc? Proposify, Quoter, and PandaDoc are lighter-weight tools for creating, sending, tracking, or signing quotes and proposals. Agentforce Revenue Management is built for governed revenue execution, including pricing rules, product configuration, approvals, contracts, billing alignment, and quote-to-cash operations.

  ### 1. Great Commercial Flexibility and Scale, Best Unlocked by More Modular Licensing

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Comprehensive Selling Motions and SKU Governance
From an implementation perspective, ARM excels at handling diverse commercial motions (subscriptions, usage, one-time transactions) within a unified framework. The dynamic, attribute-based product modeling is particularly strong. It gives teams the ability to tailor offerings without triggering rampant SKU proliferation, which significantly simplifies downstream catalog maintenance and billing reconciliation.
Balancing Architectural Depth with Configurability
High flexibility in revenue engines typically comes at the expense of usability, often forcing systems into excessive customization. ARM strikes a rare balance: it supports intricate enterprise requirements while keeping standard configuration accessible and intuitive. Delivering robust multi-model revenue capability without imposing unnecessary administrative overhead makes it a reliable, scalable foundation to deploy for clients.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Modular Packaging and Unbundled Pricing
While ARM is a powerhouse, enterprise adoption would accelerate significantly if the suite were more modular. Not every customer requires the entire quote-to-revenue lifecycle on day one. Offering decoupled, capability-based licensing (allowing teams to adopt and pay for specific modules like catalog modeling or billing independently) would lower the barrier to entry for mid-market clients and simplify phased enterprise rollouts.
Implementation Tooling for Legacy Data Transitions
Migrating enterprise clients from fragmented billing mechanisms or legacy CPQ setups into ARM remains heavily manual. Providing more robust, native data transformation and migration accelerators (specifically for in-flight contracts, mid-cycle amendments, and complex billing schedules) would remove friction during large-scale replatforming initiatives.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catalog Fragmentation and SKU Sprawl: Traditional quote-to-cash engines require creating duplicate catalog entries for every product variation, term, or tier. ARM solves this by decoupling offerings through attribute-based modeling, preventing catalog bloat.
Siloed Multi-Model Monetization: Organizations juggling one-time sales, recurring subscriptions, and consumption-based usage typically maintain disparate engines. ARM unifies these monetization motions within a single transaction pipeline.
Brittle Handoffs from Quote to Order and Billing: Disconnects between front-office quoting and back-office order generation often result in revenue leakage, billing disputes, and heavy custom middleware. ARM provides a shared data architecture across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Configurability vs. Usability Tradeoffs: Highly customized CPQ and billing tools often degrade user adoption due to interface latency and convoluted rules. ARM delivers granular enterprise flexibility while keeping administration and quoting flows clean and manageable.

  ### 2. Unified Lead-to-Revenue in Salesforce with Powerful CPQ, Billing, and Contract Management

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

It seamlessly unifies the lead-to-revenue lifecycle directly within the Salesforce ecosystem. The complex CPQ automation, dynamic billing capabilities, and flexible contract management significantly reduce quote errors and shorten deal closing cycles. Having a single source of truth across Sales and Finance enables transparent revenue forecasting and frictionless auditability.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The initial configuration and implementation can be quite complex, requiring significant technical expertise and time to customize advanced product catalogs or pricing rules. Additionally, the user learning curve for sales reps can be steep at first, and continuous platform maintenance demands dedicated administrative resources to keep performance optimized.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenges of fragmented revenue workflows, complex quoting errors, and disconnected billing processes. By automating advanced CPQ and billing governance, it eliminates manual data entry and aligns Sales, Finance, and Operations around real-time revenue insights. As a result, our team benefits from faster quote turnaround times, higher billing accuracy, smooth subscription renewals, and a significantly shortened cash-to-cash cycle.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The biggest strengths I see are end-to-end quote-to-cash on a single Salesforce platform. Product catalog, pricing, CPQ, contracts, assets, orders, subscriptions/usage, and billing can all share the same underlying revenue context, instead of relying on loosely connected systems.<br><br>Agentic quoting is especially compelling. Reps can use natural-language prompts to create or update initial, renewal, and amendment quotes, including product and line-item changes.<br><br>AI also feels embedded in the revenue workflow rather than acting as just a chatbot. Agents can participate in quoting, approvals, and billing inquiries, and they can take action directly against the underlying Salesforce records.<br><br>There’s strong support for complex revenue models as well. It covers subscriptions, consumption/usage pricing, ramp deals, renewals, and amendments—not only traditional one-time CPQ.<br><br>Approval automation is particularly interesting for enterprise GTM. The Approval Agent can submit, summarize, track, and act on approvals conversationally, including through Salesforce or Slack.<br><br>Finally, I like the continuity between Sales and Finance. The same revenue lifecycle can flow from configuration → pricing → quote → contract → order → invoice, which helps reduce handoffs and reconciliation points.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

If I were evaluating Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) for a large enterprise Salesforce transformation, I’d be cautious about a few key areas. These are my main concerns:<br><br>First, complexity can grow quickly. ARM brings together catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, assets, billing, and Agentforce. That breadth is powerful, but it also creates a larger architecture and governance footprint that can be difficult to keep simple over time.<br><br>Second, Agentforce can materially increase the governance burden. Once an agent is able to modify quotes, initiate approvals, or take other revenue-related actions, identity, permissions, auditability, guardrails, and human approval become much more important. I’d be especially conservative around pricing overrides, discounts, and any contractual commitments.<br><br>Third, data quality becomes critical. AI won’t compensate for inconsistent product catalogs, duplicate SKUs, weak account hierarchies, or overly complicated pricing rules. If anything, agentic automation can amplify those issues because it operates faster and at greater scale.<br><br>Fourth, debugging and troubleshooting can become harder. With traditional CPQ, you can usually trace a pricing rule or a specific automation. When an agent participates in the workflow, troubleshooting becomes more multidimensional: was it the prompt, the agent instruction, permissions, the underlying data, an API call, a pricing rule, orchestration, or existing Salesforce automation?<br><br>Fifth, migration from mature CPQ implementations may be substantial. Enterprises with years of customizations, Apex, integrations, and complex approval or pricing logic shouldn’t treat ARM as a simple upgrade. In practice, it can turn into a broader revenue-platform transformation.<br><br>Sixth, there’s the risk of vendor/platform concentration. Consolidating CRM, CPQ, revenue management, billing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem can deliver integration benefits, but it also increases dependency on Salesforce’s architecture, licensing model, and product roadmap.<br><br>Seventh, cost and consumption predictability deserve close scrutiny. Beyond ARM licensing, organizations should model the total cost of Agentforce/AI consumption, Data Cloud, integrations, environments, observability, and supporting products, rather than comparing only license prices.<br><br>Finally, AI isn’t equally valuable everywhere. Using an agent to generate a quote or summarize an approval can be excellent. But using AI for deterministic calculations that a standard pricing engine can perform reliably may introduce unnecessary complexity.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies complex revenue processes by connecting product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and renewals into one flow. It also reduces manual work by automating repetitive sales and revenue-management activities, which helps speed up Quote-to-Cash by minimizing handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Agentforce AI helps users create quotes, handle approvals, answer questions, and manage exceptions. Accuracy improves through consistent pricing, discounting, product, and approval rules. It supports modern revenue models such as subscriptions, usage-based pricing, renewals, amendments, and complex deals, and it brings everything together as a unified revenue platform that gives Sales and Finance better visibility across the entire customer revenue lifecycle.

  ### 4. Revamped Billing with Seamless Integration

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I like using Agentforce Revenue Management for its automatic operations, which help with scalability and managing the lifecycle. The platform offers a reusable product and pricing model, making it convenient to redesign amendments and billing cycles. From an architectural standpoint, it supports a fast-moving strategy. The pricing orchestration and product modeling capabilities are great for system integration and building effective customer efficiency. Switching from CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management has improved our customer experience, ensuring all our needs from product to cash flow are managed in one place. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy with help from the Salesforce team.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Handling of large data volumes (LDV) is problematic. The system struggles with loading 50 million records, which slows it down significantly.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Revenue Management for reusable product and pricing models, and redesigning the amendment and billing cycle. It helps with pricing orchestration, product modeling, and system integration to build customer efficiency.

  ### 5. Powerful Unified Quote-to-Cash on Salesforce with Flexible, AI-Enabled Revenue Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Revenue Management is its ability to bring the entire quote-to-cash process and the broader revenue lifecycle onto a single, unified Salesforce platform. The flexibility to manage complex product catalogs, pricing, configuration, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue workflows—while also leveraging automation and AI—makes it far more capable than a traditional CPQ-only approach.

I especially appreciate its extensibility and how well it supports sophisticated enterprise revenue models while still maintaining a consistent data model and seamless integration across the wider Salesforce ecosystem. The addition of Agentforce also creates a strong opportunity to automate revenue operations further and provide intelligent assistance throughout the entire lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The biggest challenge I see with Agentforce Revenue Management is the complexity involved in understanding, designing, and implementing the platform for sophisticated revenue models. The breadth of capabilities is powerful, but it also creates a relatively steep learning curve, particularly for teams transitioning from traditional CPQ solutions.

I would also like to see continued improvements in configuration simplicity, documentation, implementation tooling, and overall product maturity. For complex enterprise implementations, reducing the amount of custom development and making the end-to-end quote-to-cash architecture easier to understand and maintain would significantly improve adoption and time to value.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management helps address the fragmentation that often exists across the quote-to-cash lifecycle by bringing product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and revenue processes together on a unified platform. As a result, it reduces reliance on disconnected systems and manual handoffs, while improving data consistency and visibility across the entire revenue lifecycle.

For me, the biggest benefit is being able to design and manage complex revenue models within the Salesforce ecosystem while also leveraging automation and AI. This helps reduce operational effort, improve accuracy, speed up the quote-to-cash process, and deliver clearer visibility for both business and technical teams.

  ### 6. Helpful when quotes and pricing rules need to stay consistent

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The useful part is that product, price, and quote can live in one process. We do not have to rebuild the same discount logic in a spreadsheet for every deal. Bundles and price rules help sales use a standard starting point, then adjust inside an agreed range. For our team, this reduced “which price list is current?” conversations. After the catalog and basic rules were stable, quote preparation became more repeatable than a file attached to an email.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Price rules look clean on a diagram, but real exceptions appear quickly. Too many rules make a quote hard to explain to sales. Catalog maintenance also needs an owner. If product names and options drift, the quote page becomes slow to use. The new product name does not reduce that work. I would not give rule design to someone who only creates quotes. Without a catalog owner, the system looks controlled and the numbers still surprise people.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The old problem was quote drift. One deal used last quarter’s file, another used a local discount, and finance saw a different number after the order. Before approval, we spent time checking whether the bundle, term, and price still matched the official rule. That delay was small on a quiet week and painful at month-end. Revenue Cloud helps us keep configure, price, and quote in the same path, then move toward order and contract without retyping everything. For our team, this reduced rework between sales and operations. It does not remove pricing debates, but the debate starts from one quote record instead of three files.

  ### 7. Streamlined Revenue Lifecycle, but Configuration and Learning Curve Take Time

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What I like best about Agentforce Revenue Management is how it streamlines the entire revenue lifecycle in one platform. It helps automate quoting, pricing, contracting, and billing processes, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. The integration with Salesforce also makes it easier for sales and finance teams to collaborate and access consistent customer and revenue data.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The main downside is that the platform can be complex to configure and has a relatively steep learning curve. Some processes require significant customization, and the interface can feel overwhelming at first. Performance can also slow down when handling complex pricing or large amounts of data.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management could helps us simplify complex quoting, pricing, contracting, and billing processes. It reduces manual tasks and errors while keeping revenue data centralized and consistent. This saves time, improves accuracy, and allows our sales team to respond to customers faster.

  ### 8. Fast, Efficient, but Needs Accuracy Improvement

I like that Agentforce Revenue Management responds really fast and its performance is really good. I appreciate that the data is already in Salesforce, so there's no need to scan anything in. It's definitely useful, and features like voice and service cloud are really helpful. It helps us track opportunities and grow revenue, which is valuable. Additionally, it's a good value for money. The initial setup was super easy, and I could do it in a day or two. I would definitely recommend it because it's very good.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I think a lot of times it doesn't give accurate data, and the data it provides is not really accurate.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management helps us track opportunities, boosting revenue and growing GMS values with our top sellers. It integrates well with Salesforce data, improving performance and speed by eliminating the need for manual data entry.

  ### 9. Flexible, Robust Architecture That Streamlines Enterprise CPQ and Billing

The depth of flexibility and robust architecture for complex quoting, billing, and catalog management are massive upsides. Transitioning to unified processes streamlines CPQ and billing operations seamlessly, and the flexibility of custom metadata, advanced flows, and API integrations allows for highly scalable enterprise configurations

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The learning curve and complexity associated with heavy customizations can present challenges during upgrades or when managing intricate dependencies. Out-of-the-box reporting for complex billing scenarios can also sometimes feel rigid, requiring custom data models or extra overhead to get the exact analytics needed

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the CPQ component has drastically reduced the time it takes our team to generate complex quotes and proposals. It eliminates manual errors, pricing discrepancies, and back-and-forth approval bottlenecks. This allows us to close deals faster, send professional quotes consistently, and shorten our overall sales cycle.

  ### 10. Evolved into a Unified, Native Financial Orchestrator

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

its evolution from a standalone sales tool into a native, unified financial orchestrator

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Agentforce Revenue Management is frequently criticized for its high implementation complexity, steep learning curve, and heavy administrative burden, often requiring expensive specialized consultants to manage. The platform's automated AI agents are highly dependent on flawless underlying data, meaning organizations with messy data suffer from broken workflows, AI hallucinations, and performance lags during complex calculations. Additionally, the software carries a prohibitive total cost of ownership, features rigid pricing metrics, and exhibits technical fragility—where minor pricing tweaks can trigger cascading errors down the billing chain or require complex custom workarounds for known product bugs

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solves the traditional disconnect between commercial sales quoting and financial accounting by unifying the entire quote-to-cash process on a single platform

  ### 11. Matured Platform with Room for Enhancement

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I like the Number of line items support, as it allows for handling up to 10K lines, which is impressive. The Transaction Line Editor is also a great feature because it enables me to make all the necessary edits right on the record home page without having to navigate elsewhere. I also appreciate the Context definition feature.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I found that the Place Order API in Agentforce Revenue Management isn't able to call external APIs, which is a limitation. We've already shared this feedback with the Salesforce product team, and they told us this might be addressed in future releases.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Transaction Line Editor allows edits directly on the record home page, avoiding navigation changes. It also supports managing up to 10,000 line items efficiently.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What i like about it is that how it handles complex pricing, quoting and revenue workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Once we configure this, it brings good structure and also consistency to the revenue process, also reduces some manual efforts. This integrates with salesforce object and reporting also makes it easier to track revenue and deals. The User interface is same as salesforce, which makes it very easy to use. Performance is always stable during complex pricing as well.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The thing i dislike is the initial setup and onboarding process that is complex. Achieving ROI can become very hard and take time to see that and the AI features only provide better value after data and processes are well established.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves the challenges around quoting, and revenue processes that are difficult to handle manually or across disconnected systems. It brings control to revenue workflow by centralizing approval and revenue data.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I like that Agentforce Revenue Management is API-first, which gives me the possibilities to make custom UIs. I also like the browse catalog feature. In particular, we needed a custom configurator, and it was possible to make an LwC in the configurator to show custom data.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The CML editor is hard to work with, and there's a lack of clear documentation which makes things difficult. Additionally, the setup was challenging as a lot of features are not on par with the former Salesforce CPQ.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Revenue Management for configuring products, ensuring prices and configurations are correct. It allows custom UIs with its API-first approach and using LwC helps in showing custom data.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Revenue Management is how it brings the entire quote-to-cash process together on the Salesforce platform. Having product catalog management, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and revenue processes connected through a unified data model can significantly reduce manual work and improve visibility across teams. (Trailhead)

I also find the Agentforce capabilities particularly exciting because they can automate repetitive revenue operations while helping teams create and manage quotes more efficiently. From a Salesforce Admin perspective, I appreciate the ability to use Salesforce’s native platform, automation, security, reporting, and integrations to build scalable revenue processes rather than relying on disconnected systems. (Salesforce)

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

One challenge I see with Agentforce Revenue Management is the complexity that can come with implementing and configuring a comprehensive quote-to-cash platform. Organizations with highly customized pricing, product, approval, or billing processes may need significant design and configuration effort before they can fully leverage its capabilities.

I would also like to see the product continue to become more intuitive from an Admin and end-user perspective, particularly around troubleshooting, configuration visibility, and understanding how changes across the different revenue processes impact one another.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management helps address the fragmentation and complexity that can exist across the quote-to-cash process. By connecting product and pricing management, quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and revenue processes on Salesforce, it reduces the need for disconnected systems and manual handoffs.

For me, the biggest benefit is having better visibility and consistency across the revenue lifecycle. It can help automate repetitive processes, reduce manual errors, streamline approvals, and give sales and operations teams more reliable access to the information they need. The combination of Revenue Management with Agentforce is also valuable because AI can help automate and assist with time-consuming revenue-related tasks, allowing teams to focus more on higher-value work.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Agentforce Revenue Management provides a unified platform for managing the complete revenue lifecycle, from quoting and pricing to contracts, orders, and billing. The tight integration with Salesforce helps eliminate data silos and improves visibility across sales and finance teams. The platform offers strong automation capabilities for complex pricing models, renewals, and revenue processes, helping organizations reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The platform has a steep learning curve, particularly for organizations with complex product catalogs and pricing structures. Initial implementation and configuration can require significant planning and expertise. Some advanced customizations may require specialized Salesforce knowledge, and troubleshooting complex revenue workflows can occasionally be challenging without experienced support resources.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management helps solve challenges related to complex pricing, quote-to-cash processes, contract management, and revenue visibility. Before adopting the platform, managing these processes across multiple systems often resulted in manual effort, inconsistencies, and delays. By bringing quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue operations into a unified Salesforce ecosystem, it improves process automation, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.

The biggest benefit has been increased efficiency and better visibility into the revenue lifecycle. Teams can generate quotes faster, manage product and pricing changes more effectively, and gain real-time insights into revenue-related activities. This reduces administrative overhead, helps minimize errors, and enables the business to scale revenue operations while maintaining a better customer experience.

I like Agentforce Revenue Management because it brings the entire revenue lifecycle into a more unified and automated experience. I appreciate how it reduces manual effort across product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, and revenue processes. The flexibility around product modeling and pricing is also really useful to me. The biggest value I find is the unified revenue management platform, which simplifies processes typically spread across different systems.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Some areas could be improved, like product complexity and making steps more intuitive. I'd love to see stronger out-of-the-box functionality and simpler customization. Usability could be better with guided step-by-step setups, clearer contextual help, and better visibility into configuration dependencies. More declarative options, reusable templates, sensible defaults, and stronger validations would also make customization easier.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Revenue Management helps streamline the CPQ process by bringing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals into Salesforce. This reduces manual work and errors, improves consistency, and gives teams better visibility into the sales process from opportunity through quote completion.

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What I appreciate most is that it lives right inside our existing Salesforce org, so we don't have to constantly sync data back and forth with a third-party CPQ tool. Setting up subscription tiers, renewals, and bundle pricing used to cause a lot of headaches for our sales ops team, but this handles the logic really well once you finally get it dialed in. The newer Agentforce AI additions are also actually helping us cut down on manual approval bottlenecks, which has saved our reps a lot of waiting around.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

Getting it set up is a heavy lift. If your company has highly custom pricing rules, expect to spend a ton of time testing and troubleshooting before you go live. The quote line editor can also get pretty laggy if a rep is putting together a massive quote with dozens of products. Finally, tracking down solutions for weird edge-case errors can be frustrating because the official documentation doesn't always cover the deeply technical, custom setups.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we were dealing with was reps building quotes with incompatible products or applying outdated pricing from old spreadsheets. By enforcing our specific business logic directly in the CPQ engine, reps literally can't put together a bad quote anymore. It also solves the massive headache of unauthorized discounting, since the routing workflows automatically catch anything outside our standard margins. The biggest benefit has definitely been speed. Quotes go out to prospects way faster, and our ops team doesn't have to spend hours manually verifying every single line item before a contract gets generated. It just takes the guesswork out of the whole process.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Revenue Management is the ability to connect the entire quote-to-cash process. Coming from a CPQ perspective, I really appreciate how configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, and billing can work together instead of living in disconnected processes. The addition of Agentforce makes it even more interesting because it can take some of the repetitive revenue operations work off teams’ plates while keeping the process governed and scalable.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

My biggest concern with Agentforce Revenue Management is the learning and implementation complexity. I like the idea of bringing catalog, pricing, CPQ, contracts, orders, and billing into a more unified architecture, but there are a lot of new concepts and dependencies for admins to understand. I think the biggest challenge will be balancing that flexibility with keeping the solution simple enough for admins and end users to maintain.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping solve the disconnect between quoting, pricing, contracts, orders, and billing. Having these processes and data more closely connected reduces manual handoffs and reconciliation, while giving teams better visibility into the revenue lifecycle. For me, the biggest benefit is increased efficiency and having a more centralized source of truth, especially when managing complex pricing, amendments, and renewals.

I like that Agentforce Revenue Management inherits the Salesforce styling correctly, making it blend seamlessly with the rest of the system. It feels more integrated, similar to other Salesforce apps, which I find better than working with Conga or FinancialForce.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I find Agentforce Revenue Management a bit frustrating because it feels unfinished, even though it's updated quickly. There are multiple missing quality-of-life improvements and the navigation is pretty confusing. The constraint rule setup is also tedious, which consumes a lot of time. The initial setup was rough and we definitely felt that it wasn't quite ready for complete use.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I like the composable APIs of Agentforce Revenue Management. They really help make the system free from the Salesforce UI. I can use my third-party portal to directly call these APIs for creating orders, quotes, and other processes. Also, I appreciate how the order creation process works, from starting with the opportunity, pulling to order, and then integrating billing.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

One challenge I've noticed with Agentforce Revenue Management is that the in-flight process is very simple and doesn't support partial in-flight processes, which I think it should. Additionally, during the initial setup, I encountered a few hiccups because of the complex product structure.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

We’re currently planning our implementation, and the team has been great—very responsive throughout the process. They’ve also brought in an implementation partner, which I believe will be very valuable as we move forward. From a platform perspective, I’m eager to use Revenue cloud to help accelerate our quoting process. It seems like this tool will enable us to adopt more industry-standard processes, rather than continuing to rely on segmented, home-grown systems.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

We have sales agreements that we currently can’t pull into the system. We’re trying to find a creative way to bring them in, because it’s important to us to avoid fragmented systems and keep everything in one place.

**What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quote TAT for customers; bringing multiple fragmented systems together to support both customer & associate experience

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

I like that Agentforce Revenue Management is part of the same Salesforce platform, which makes managing our licenses easier and better. I appreciate that it's all coming from the same vendor, as it allows us to handle pricing and related tasks in one place, rather than dealing with multiple vendors. The partner-specific pricing feature is really useful for us as well. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, and the flexibility and UI played a big part in our decision to switch from Oracle CPU.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?**

The cost of the platform is very, very high, and I think that costing and pricing can be improved.
