Built-in email tools support event reminders, post-event follow-up, and patron engagement, while reporting tools help teams understand sales trends, revenue, attendance, donor activity, and operational performance. ThunderTix also includes tools for front-of-house and operational teams, including barcode scanning, mobile ticketing, volunteer scheduling and time tracking, merchandise and concessions sales, inventory tracking, and gift card management. Public-facing event pages are automatically translated into Spanish for users whose browsers are set to that language. The administrator interface is currently available in English.
