It's always scary to try something new, but their customer support is top notch with the answers you need with lightning fast responses. They will walk you through any process step by step, as well as provide useful links and directions. Their in-person/Zoom instruction is a valuable tool, and they also listen when you have ideas or suggestions. They have gone out of their way to make their users feel like they are part of a community. The platform itself is very user friendly and practical. which makes organizing my events easier and more efficient. Not only is it easy for me to use behind the scenes, but my ticket buyers find it easy to use as well!
