Give Cloud is so easy to learn, use and make corrections. Tons of resources and support before needing to reach out. All the contributions are in one area, which my previous shop did not offer. Our supporters are buying off of the shop- for themselves and for others. When our customers place orders for someone else, they mess up the billing and shipping address, then it requires me reaching out to make those corrections. I am not sure what would help them place an order for someone else easier. Also, we work with a lot of organizations and they are ordering as an individual, rather than an organization. Then it requires me to spend time making the corrections on Give Cloud and Donor Perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
