What do you like best about Neon CRM?

I like the ease of viewing full account information at a glance. The ability to pin notes to a profile and the summary of a donor's total and annual giving makes that possible. I also appreciate the resources available through webinars and one on one video calls with Neon reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neon CRM?

The reporting is easily my least favorite part of Neon. I wish there was a way to generate professional, ready to print reports as PDF's. Having to export to Excel and do all my formatting can be tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Neon helps me solve the problem of lapsed donors. I'm able to easily see when donations come in, apply them to pledges, and know when a pledge is due for renewal. Neon helps us solve the problem of tracking overall totals during a fundraising campaign, through the options in the campaign goal meter. Not only can we track it internally, but our donors can see the fundraising progress on our website through the donation form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
