I like that Donorbox helps with organization by keeping everything in one place. It's easy to use, and you can cross-reference, which makes implementing organization easier. This organization helps us as a team become more efficient. The initial setup was very easy, and it visually keeps everything organized in one place, improving our efficiency and effectiveness.

Clear, Accessible Donation Tool with Smooth Squarespace Integration
It provides a clear and neat interface that is recognizable to users and models a flow of transaction that makes sense. It integrates well with sites like Squarespace, allowing for greater flexibility in its application. Being able to embed it into our Donation webpage was very meaningful. The price makes it very accessible to a nonprofit starting out on their individual giving journey.

We wanted a flexible, user-friendly tool for our PTA team. While I feel comfortable with SaaS solutions as part of my daily work, I wanted to vet a tool that I could comfortably hand off to others, since I'll eventually leave this PTA to move to the middle school. DonorBox made it SO easy and feel so seamless.
To make matters even better, we are on a free tier and STILL had reps reach out to us to help us get established. I didn't expect that level of support as a free organization, but they've been a huge help.
