Used the system to claim a reward that I was nominated. The system was very easy to use. Email confirmations where also sent. All in all this process is great to use as a team member.

If I have 40 pts to spend and I search for a certain category all items show up including ones way above the amount of points I have available to spend. For recognition to be more mobile. tis will enhance the usage of the application as at any spot it will be possible to send a kudos when a colleague does something which need encouragement. because postponing can lead to not doing it
