**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

I'm using StarMeUp platform in my current organisation. It's a platform for providing feedback to seniors or juniors. Due to its visibility to other members, it motivated employees to use this. Its UI is user-friendly, and you can see the ranking-based circle on your profile.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

There can be a like or reaction button on each uploaded picture that'll add a social media type of feature to it. I can't say something like dislike, but just the thing is, it's like an application where improvisation happens daily, and all these web application features are helpful

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works like a private social media feed every feedback given is visible to other at company level. Hence any appreciation received will directly impact on overall performance.

It's great to be able to recognise good work amongst colleagues.

There's nothing really to dislike about StarMeUp.

With everyone working from home, StarMeUp allows for a different avenue to recognise the great work from colleagues.

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

The interface, friendly UI, you can recognize by categories and leave your personalized message. Also help to other know you better by soft or technical skills. Overall a excellent recognitions tool.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

I really did not found something that makes me dislike the tool and it is great that was released to the public,.I was a user since the beginning and it has being improving year by year

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my perspective the app also helps to the employees to know each other better, if you want to give a kudo to your team or an specific partner it is available to do so.

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

Help make experiences and people more human, helping to recognize the contributions of employees to each other. An excellent motivator, empowering each employee to be the best in their area.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

I think one area for improvement could be highlighting how beneficial it has been for some employees to receive positive feedback from their work, so that others are motivated to provide critiques.

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letting me know what value I have for each person within the company, helping me in the final evaluation to demonstrate that my work has been productive and beneficial for others.

The lack of internal communication. The lack of esteem in some group members.

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

Is a social network for your organization, when you integrate all the apps (StarMeUP, BetterMe and BeThere) you can see what is happening in a 360 view of your organization, is amazing!

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

I'd really like to have the multi-account feature, because you can work with different companies as partner and the OS is implemented in all of them. If you have the feature of change your account without login-logout needed, could be very useful.

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have recognitions and social interactions in the same place, also understand the mood of different locations, just seeing their interactions in the time.

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

The easy use of the platform, the way you can see and interact with others in the company and the way you can recognize others (without any exception), the notifications, the way you can always see the cultural values of the company, make this app a very useful tool for employee engagement!

By now, there's nothing I can think about as dislikes

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

It's an easy and quick way for recognizing my partners. I don't have to spend much time and in a couple of clicks, I make another one feel better. 
Also, it helped me a lot for knowing the organizational values from the company I worked on.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

I would like to give "like" on my partner's comments on the app.

**Recommendations to others considering StarMeUp:**

It's really useful to strengthen your organizational culture and to know and embrace the values of the organization you're working on.

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I helped me a lot in my first days because in the platform I have all the company values. So, by receiving recognition, I started learning them and embracing. So, it is very useful to strengthen your organizational culture.

**What do you like best about StarMeUp?**

The ability to recognize several colleagues for their work together and the ability to customize profiles, where I can see that other colleagues share tastes and thus strengthen ties outside work.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

The stars that can be sent monthly are limited and not all my colleagues use it daily, so day-to-day use is somewhat difficult.

**What problems is StarMeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize my peers both for daily tasks and in great achievements.

It is amazing how StarMeUp encourage to communicate across different areas, and to recognize peers who help us building a strong organizational culture.
They have lots of integrations too.

**What do you dislike about StarMeUp?**

It would be great if we could give a Kudos star with a value.
