I'm using StarMeUp platform in my current organisation. It's a platform for providing feedback to seniors or juniors. Due to its visibility to other members, it motivated employees to use this. Its UI is user-friendly, and you can see the ranking-based circle on your profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There can be a like or reaction button on each uploaded picture that'll add a social media type of feature to it. I can't say something like dislike, but just the thing is, it's like an application where improvisation happens daily, and all these web application features are helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
