No — our gift cards are always redeemable at face value and there are no activation fees.   For merchandise, the points price an employee pays reflects MSRP plus estimated taxes and shipping.  We earn our revenue through our platform subscription fee, not on markups charged to your employees.

Any nominal incentives we earn through our vendors is reinvested in providing your employees with the best redemption choices and available discounts.
