# How many points do I need to redeem Kudos Rewards

I'm getting an error that I have 0 points to use but I have about 30,000 points

I recently earned Kudos but not familiar with their point system or where to to redeem them anyone willing to assist me with this will be greatly appreciated.

Its unfortunate that you are experiencing the error,
Your Kudos Administrator might have defined for every amount of point a reward for it but the fact that you cant redeem with Zero(0) error, you will need to contact your Kudos Administrator for help.
