We stand out from our competitors in several ways:

1. Fond allows you to choose your point conversion rather than fixing the point value at a penny. 
2. Others bill on redemption, which means unpredictable expenses month-over-month, making it difficult for your finance team to forecast expenses.
3. Our included corporate discounts lead to higher platform engagement.
4. We are known for being easy to work with and have responsive Customer Success managers who routinely visit our customers to ensure program success.
5. We offer both merchandise and gift cards for Service Awards.
