What do you like best about Woliba?

We launched our wellness program through Woliba a few months ago, and absolutely love it. We've had so much positive feedback from our staff about the topical content (recipes/articles/fitness videos) that changes often and is tailored to their own personal interests. The social aspect of inviting buddies to join challenges and post on the social feed is also so fun.

Woliba does recognition and rewards really well - any initiative or campaign that you want to set up can be assigned with points and easily tracked. We were doing all of this internally before and with a small HR team managing a big employee population, it was a big selling point for us to be able to just hand this off to Woliba and let them do all of the work for us.

Customer service is also excellent - we love our account manager, and hear from her right away if we ever have any questions or need assistance with anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woliba?

No downsides. Our staff is older so syncing fitness devices, opening apps etc. is new for them and it's going to take some time to drive up our registration and participation numbers. But I'm excited to work with the Woliba team to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Woliba?

The platform is very easy to use, and I appreciate the ability to track engagement amongst users. It really does the bulk of our company health and wellness inititiaves for us. There is great diversity in what can be done within the app with activity challenges, tutorials, educational articles, and tailored recipes. What do you dislike about Woliba?

Being a new app, sometimes we run into glitches with updates, but it's quickly resolved and so far hasn't had any negative impacts on our activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Woliba solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a way to increase health & wellness among employees and encourage connections. We've sponsored various athletic teams, but we wanted a way to reach people that may not incorporate sports into their wellbeing. This app gives us a variety of options for engagement and goes beyond physical activity. What do you like best about Woliba?

The partnership with Woliba has already proven to be successful. We are self-insured and are always looking for creative ways to encourage our employees to take control of their own health and wellness, thus, hoping to decrease our health insurance claims. Woliba has given us a great platform to encourage our employees to be proactive. In our 1st 6 months, our employee engagement has never been this high in a wellness program. The team at Woliba really listens to our needs and the needs of our employees and have helped us to design a great wellness program. They have so many options to choose from. What do you like best about Woliba?

As an employer, we chose to partner with Woliba for our company wellness iniatives and could not be happier. The app is fun & engaging and has something for everyone. Due to the customization options, I'm able to launch challenges and iniativies based on our current company activities. The customer service has been top notch, from the initial meeting through post-launch check ins, they've been with me every step of the way.

What do you like best about Woliba?

The upside is that I get saving on my insurance. Another is that it doesn't change so I don't need to spend much time or thought on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woliba?

I wouldn't change anything, the only thing I dislike is the fact that it exists and I can't just have the insurance savings by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Woliba solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not aware of them solving any of my problems. Although from the insurance company's perspective it does solve the problem of making me go to the doctor at least once a year, since I have to get stabbed and robbed of my blood for the annual physical. Not happy about that. If you could make the physical not require getting stabbed that'd be a meaningful improvement. The stress that causes me outweighs any benefits. What do you like best about Woliba?

The social feed is really helpful to see how everyone is getting on and to show appreciation. We have had a few issues with viewing events and discrepencies within the platform on desktop and phone as well as a few issues with access to certain areas of the platform however these have all been sorted now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Woliba?

Woliba is easy to use and set up. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced with a vendor, and I truly would recommend it to anyone. I use Woliba daily myself; they have so many features, including recipes, challenges, wellness habits, and online fitness videos. Personally, my favorite is the challenges with my colleagues. What do you like best about Woliba?

The challenges are very limitted to just activity based or behavioral. I think it would be best if there was more fun challenges like scavengger hunts or bucket list challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Woliba?

We like the challenges the best. I also like the different articles to learn new things I did not know before. I am also excited to start implementing some of the recipes in my diet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woliba?

I am unable to track my water intake through woliba and we often have a hard time with android users being able to keep there stuff logged within the app. Having to get employees to download multiple apps can sometimes be a challenge when you have a lot of older employees. I think that issue we are trying to solve is getting everyone to mix and mingle with different departments. The challenges allow us to mix teams and give time for employees to get to know someone new.
