**What do you like best about Appreiz?**

Best platform to appreciate the efforts of all  employees. It is very swift and the Impact from the process motivates employees to feel important to do more better.

So far I don't think I dislike anything about Appreiz because I haven't found any negative aspect of it. It is 100% accurate and satisfactory.

**Recommendations to others considering Appreiz:**

You can feel satisfied by your organization for a job well done when management recognizes your efforts and contribution towards the success of and progress of the organization through the help of Appreiz

**What problems is Appreiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits with Appreiz is; 
- It helps to know which employee is hard working.
- Helps management to decide which employee to be promoted.
- enables management to give awards to it's employees for job well done
