# Can I use this to setup a paperless system to manage my Core Value Awards program?

Every month we receive nominations for our staff level employees and we have a committee that reviews the nominations submitted and select a winner.

Yes, everything is online 100% paperless.  
We can run reports, set up point values, award points related to our goals.

Our use of the Halo system is completely paperless. Nominations and approvals are all done online. Recipients can print out their awards but that is the only paperwork the system generates!
