# Quick question about gifting ROI

Saw SnackMagic while looking at gifting platforms on G2.

Something I’ve noticed across this category: most platforms position around logistics, but buyers actually care about pipeline impact and response rates.

Curious, are customers mostly using SnackMagic for sales outreach, or more for employee experience / HR use cases?
