I am used to using tools that allowed you to store web resources (URLs) just like they were any old file and share them accordingly with my team. I'm really missing this functionality and have resorted to just storing links in google docs, has anybody found a decent alternative to this?

I created an a google spreadsheet, as the owner of the file. I restricted access to this item that was once shared with someone. That person was able to request access. I thought once removed access, no one can be able to see the file. It becomes a harassment and security issue.
