# Help?!?

Will I need help to get fileplan up and running? What kind of support and resources are available?

We've designed fileplan to be user friendly. You should be able to set up and start using your document management system without having to engage costly consultants. That's not to say that a little bit of thought and planning won't go a long way though in helping you get the outcomes you're looking for!
