What are some tips on best organizing and optimizing Google Drive for a team of ~40 people?

There were some instances when I accidentally deleted a few files on Dropbox and couldn’t restore the files which caused a loss of time and effort.

It is really a suggestion to improve, in particular I would like the interface to be more friendly.

In the main view I can't see each folder's space or storage consumption, and I have searched in the multiple buttons and read the different details.

usually a thin client with certain limitations fits into the market space of small to medium segments. I think google drive should fit in that space with a light weight small region based limitation of a product. Small firms might incorporate them as a marketing strategy.
