AcceleWeb Files Reviews & Product Details

I’m most impressed by the link expiration and granular permission settings in AcceleWeb Files, which give us full oversight over who can view or download our construction documents. The ability to set links to expire after bid deadlines prevents outdated document drafts from circulating. I appreciate that it renders large PDF drawings right inside the browser, so our field workers don't need special CAD software to view site schematics. Furthermore, generating expiring share links and having the fine-grained permissions to block download rights for certain stakeholders helps in safeguarding construction documentation. Previewing extremely large multi-page blueprint PDFs can lag noticeably under spotty field-site cellular connections. There is no built-in batch setting to adjust expiration dates for multiple shared links at once, so I have to edit each link individually when we push back bid timelines. Also, audit logs lack flexible filtering options, making it tedious to pull targeted activity records for our project compliance reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use combined with efficient and secure file management in AcceleWeb Files. The platform is intuitive, allowing me to organize and access documents quickly without needing advanced technical knowledge. I also appreciate the speed and stability of the service, which makes daily work smoother and more reliable. The ability to access files from any device and share them easily facilitates collaboration and eliminates concerns about information loss or handling multiple versions of a document. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and fast, with a clear and intuitive interface that made it easy for everyone to start using it without complications. Overall, it's a super practical, reliable, and really useful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although this is a very useful tool, there are some aspects that could be improved. At times, I would like to have more advanced customization options for file organization, such as more detailed filters or customizable tags that make searching even easier when handling large volumes of information. It would also be beneficial to optimize some loading times and expand real-time collaboration functions. Additional integrations with other platforms could make the work experience even more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
