We do 10-15 min investor video updates (more engaging) along with materials/decks. What is the best way to manage this in docsend? I want to be able to know WHO accesses the video and be able to limit access so it doesn't get in the wrong hands.

I would like to all please use dropbox as its secure and available any time and any place. There is no reason to dislike Drop Box. Its very very useful. I did not see any thing in it due to which I can dislike it. i am using dropbox from last 07 years. So i will recommend to all please use this.

Current storage is around 15GB, I know of companies dealing in large data that might require extra storage space.

I have a ton of shared documents that was created or uploaded initially from an employee that no longer is with us who is the owner of that document. How can I change the owner of that document to reflect a person that is currently in our company?

I think google drive should be accessible for all kind of Authenticator like personal number , another email even google authentications app can be work for this
