If I've made a folder for leasing and shared with all leasing agents. I have an agent searching for the document under shared files and it doesn't show. At the same time I am looking at my computer and see that the document is actually shared with the person. Why does it not come up in their search?

Always when we download a folder it Zipped and then start to download with that I think we cannot download multiple folders at once. Is it possible?
