# How can I see the size of each folder?

In the main view I can't see each folder's space or storage consumption, and I have searched in the multiple buttons and read the different details.

There are many ways to do this, if you're using the web version then it will show the size next to the folder. If you use the new desktop client it will also show you.

If you're on a Mac (or use the Linux Windows subsystem) go into a terminal window and use ls -laR or similar

Open dropbox.com and go to 'files'
On your file/folder view, click on the arrow-down ‘Modified’ and select ‘Size’
Click on the arrow-down ‘Modified’ and select ‘Size’
 
Then click on the folder you want to calculate the size
