**What do you like best about Klenty?**

I've been using Klenty for the past six months, and it has truly streamlined my outbound outreach process. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for those new to sales automation tools.
One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly Klenty automatically creates and groups leads from LinkedIn, then uploads them directly into the platform. This saves a significant amount of time and reduces the manual effort typically required in prospecting.
In addition to its strong functionality, Klenty’s support team is excellent—always responsive, helpful, and proactive in resolving any issues or questions.

That said, there are a couple of features that would take Klenty to the next level:

It would be great to have the option of integrating with a calling agent or voice outreach service, in addition to the email and LinkedIn automation.

A built-in tool to clean and enrich prospect data based on a specific target list would also be a valuable addition.

While my overall experience was disappointing, I did appreciate Klenty's concept of multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and calls, which, in theory, could streamline sales engagement. (but it failed to do so).

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Klenty was unreliable and laggy, which disrupted my outreach campaigns instead of helping them run smoothly. Many features did not work as promised, and the system often felt slow and unstable. There was a noticeable gap between what was advertised and the actual product experience. Support was friendly but slow to resolve issues, which added to my frustration.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, Klenty aims to automate cold outreach and save time. However, due to system lag and performance issues, it did not provide the expected benefits for me.

Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. They also have their own data base of prospects which can also be used to target right set of people which you think are fit for your product or services.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Their own database is not large enough. If you use it, you should also have one more database tool for reaching out.

Klenty solve problem of reaching out to targeted prospects with multiple touch points. In real scenario it is very tough for outbound prospecting to reach out right prospects one by one by sending them emails individually or sending them connection request on LinkedIn or calling all of them.
Klenty provide a stop solution for all these problems and solve it with the use of AI and automation. klenty automatically can send multiple emails to each prospects at different time interval and send linkedin connects, also based on the sales analytics, it helps you by suggesting which all prospects are right fit to call and nurture.

The cadence is featured is well rounded  and take into the needs of sales team : easy to set-up, flexible, efficient integration with CRM's. 

Been using Klenty for 2 teams since 2018 : the product is constantly evolving.

Great support team as well : quick to reply.

The ticketing service of Klenty helps us keep track of issues and makes it easier for us to resolve and respond quickly. It also helps us send personalised mails.

It helps us to automate the responses and even the follow up responses which saves a lot of time.

In concept, this is a terrific tool.  Since it syncs email and LI outreach.

They have TERRIBLE customer service.  When requesting assistance, it can take a day and they only will message you.  NO CALLS.  It's not intuitive to use.  Adding campaign data is cumbersome.

I benefit in the folowing ways:

1) Time saving - I just have to create the emails I want sent out once

What I like the most about Klenty isn't the software, or the affordability, it's the people behing the logo that have made the customer experience completely unique compared to any other software I have had. Everytime I have a question they answer so fast, sometimes within just a few minutes. If you are on the fence about what calling software to go with like I was, save yourself valuable time and just go with Klenty.

That I didn't find out about them sooner!

Outbound calling has become a breeze with the dialing capabilites. We are able to make 7-10 time more calls than we could before using Klenty.

Their customer service person Elizhabeth was super helpful to solve my problem. She even invited me to a Zoom meeting which made the experience quite smooth. The rest has been decent for me but still is missing many features in comparison to competitors that I have used.

They don't have Snippets, LinkedIn Automation missing, AI Automatic Reply Suggestions missing, Ability to search for and get new leads is missing, Analytics for Lists should be the same as cadences, we can't schedule or pause a cadence, AI does not classify my prospect replies correctly, when sending out emails you should be able to clear all formatting and actually even get a preview of what the email would look like in the prospect's inbox and how it would like in a phone interface,

It is helping me to schedule emails, create sequence, automate and gain analytics on my sales outbound activities.

It is simple enough so it is easy to use, but complex enough to make high quality e-mails. Also the support is good, everyone is really helpful. It feels like I am really dealing with humans instead of a support only large entreprises can contact.

I would like to have a bigger database for me to search trough. Although I really like the support, it would be easy if there were a bit more articles on how install e-mail on a different server for example.

It is definately solving the automation problem. It makes sure that acquisition is ongoing so that I can focus on my core business.
Of course I have to keep tweaking the emails, but it still takes a lot of work out of my hands.
The data Klenty provides is again simple and enough to make good decisions on.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

I've used a couple other email marketing platforms, with the most time spent using Klenty and HubSpot. 

My general perception is that many sales / marketing / email software platforms have similar capabilities. 

What makes the difference is whether you, as the customer, can actually implement everything effectively. This is even more important when you aren't a full-time email marketing professional, so you need to get up to speed quickly. 

With Klenty, I think the design is fairly intuitive as a self-serve email marketing / sales engagement software. But the big differentiator has been the customer service.

I've been on multiple ~1 hour calls, both for Onboarding and for refining my content. The support doesn't just solve your original problem, they proactively identify other areas for improvement, and offer a lot of great coaching to improve how you use their tools. 

Special shout-out to Ranjit, who got my first set of cadences in shape, and gave us some great ideas on how to manage our prospects and cadences across our team!

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Pretty minor, but sometimes definitions are unclear, and it'd be nice to have a clear little floating "info" bubble next to proprietary terms (e.g., what is a List? what does "Not Approaching" a Prospect mean?).

We use Klenty for lead routing & mass email campaigns. It is easy to integrate with the CRM, which makes it a useful tool for us!

The support team is very proactive!

The user interface ain't that great, ease of use isn't great.

Good for sending bulk emails for marketing, also since assigning leads in a round robin fashion was difficult in our CRM, we integrated Klenty for the same. The rule based lead assignment is great!

Their support and customer service team are very quick in answering any questions I have quickly. I message them almost every week with a question as I am slowly learning the platform and they always are able to help me resolve my issues or concerns. The whole team is super helpeful.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

I am not fond of having to purchase separate accounts for each sales member in order to have separate dashboards/analytics as well as not being able to integrate multiple calendlys. Its a bit pricey to make a separate acount for each sales person.

It is helping our business to gain new leads and helping to automate tasks in emailing through integration of Pipedrive. It is helping us work towards more automation and relieving our workload.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

Multiple changes can be made to the cadences and it always works well. There are no errors in sending the same campaign to more than one user. The integration with SendGrid via API is excellent and keeps the emails sent out of spam.

I would like you to display the shipments for the upcoming days in a calendar format to better organize the number of leads and cadences that are active. Currently, it only shows those that will be sent on the day without visually considering the daily limit of 500 emails.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It generated foreign clients for us that we otherwise could not have achieved. We really didn't believe this could work until we implemented it. Then we had seasonal problems and the number of meetings dropped, making it impossible for us to continue paying, but we would have liked to do so and we recommend it to others.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

I've worked at technology companies my entire career, Salesforce most recently.  Software is constantly evolving and none are perfect.  What sets Klenty apart from many other solutions I've worked with over decades is how awesome the customer support is when there is an issue.  They are amazingly quick to respond.  The chat support is great and I've scheduled support calls in less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

I can easily say the one thing I don't like, in fact I can't stand!  But it has nothing to do with Klenty.  It's how email providers flag me as spam.  It was driving me crazy because it would freeze outgoing emails from my Outlook account but not tell me.  I worked with Klenty support and they tweaked my account to minimize getting flagged as spam and "warming-up" my email.

Getting my message out to my prospects automatically, tracking opens, clicks, and replies so I can measure how effective my campaigns are.

The intent based personalisation is the one that worked wonders for us. This keeps us concentrate on prospects who actually need our solution rather than sending it out to those who aren’t ready for a purchase yet.

Sometimes the dashboards they present for cadences and rep activities seem cluttered. It would be great if that is simplified.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

The platform is easy to use and above all the customer support team is always there to assist which speaks volume. By far, I have test number of other platforms but Klenty has been the best cold email platform. Good Job team Klenty and yes don't compromise on customer support team efforts as once the product is sold then its your support team that helps customer use it efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Would recommend having a plug in for outlook so that email read/click/open status is accurate. Presently if I open any specific email sent to a prospect in sent items then under reports it shows as prospect read/opened/clicked on it so I refrain from opening the sent item in my outlook! If you can work on this one aspect, then Klenty will nail it!

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team doesn't need to keep a track of emails now.. once prospect list is uploaded and candence is set then its like a smooth ride as the platform is doing the task on its own and we can focus on our core competency.

Once you establish and figure out the basics...it checks all the boxes you are looking for.  The support has been very good.  Anytime we've had questions or needed assistance..our Client Success contact communicates well.  They have also worked with us in helping us manage our account/users and been acommodating.

Other than waiting for some beta features...overall...a really great platform that meets our needs.

Klenty does great work for sales campaigns that are cold outreach. Klayvio is mostly for subscribers you already have and converting those to a sale. Klenty is great for sales outreach, and helping drive conversion, while limiting your downside, helping you avoid spam and bounce rates.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Getting Klenty up and running is sometimes challenging, but their support is awesome, so make sure you ask for help. I have had trouble with certain campaigns, but have used the product across multiple companies for many different types of outreach.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold email outreach: Klenty empowers us to reach out to customers and get our message across. There are few other platforms as good as it on the market. I would recommend to an B2B saas company looking for alternatives to Hubspot and Apollo.

I haven't had much experiences with email sending software but Klenty was so smooth and easy to use.

We had a couple other tools working on the side and it would have been better if we could have integrated with those.

We had to send emails to a huge number of developers for an event and track how many people responded/ opened or basically we wanted to see how effective our campaign was. We were going to do it manually but found klenty while researching and it has helped us not only send all those emails in a very short time, but also track the opens and replies.

Triggers and deal stage automation I.e the CRM sync is what I think my team likes with Klenty - saves us hours from switching tabs updating status after each and every call. That’s a really good feature

Just a few hiccups here and there with the product - it’s not a major problem for us since it doesn’t affect the operations of the product but we’d love to see better interface and interaction

It is very easy to use, very intuitive and has no limits on data uploads. The configuration allows you to plan and coordinate long-term efforts and the connection to other platforms makes it very easy to track all tasks.

Not having a Spanish version, neither for the tool nor in tutorial videos, made it a little complicated for us, especially the configuration tasks for those of us who work in Latin America.

Reaching out to candidates feels like a walk in the park now, with Klenty. The previous tool we used also had an automation feature but Klenty has a huge range of features like playbooks, one off emails/ calls which allows for both structured outreach and flexibility.

One problem we have with Klenty is migrating all our data from our previous software. I would have been ideal to have an option to import candidate information.

I've been using Klenty for over a year and they are constantly tweaking and adding features that really create value in their product.  It doesn't hurt that we have scheduled a ton of meetings with it.

Some of the processes of getting to different features are a little less than ideal in a world where we have to use so many different tools and have to constantly search for things.  I suppose I'm saying that it could be a little more intuitive sometimes.

I was tasked with developing a business development department and supporting the AE team.  I have used Klenty to do both of those things successfully and have been able to grow both teams.

The customer service and repsonse time when I have questions or issues has been the best part about this platfrom. They have even been very willing and responsive to my feature suggestions and feedback. Also, the integration with ZOHO was why we swithed to klenty and it has been awesome to have a seamless integration where everything carries over from Klenty to the CRM how you would eant/expect it to from a tool like this.

There are a few minor things that make the user interface a little less "aesthetic" and workflow friendly compared to some more establish/known competitors, but they are constantly adding and building it to make it better.

Klenty provides a platfrom where you have very customizable ownership over how your workflow looks/operates. Whether it is marketing emails, cold calls, cadence building, or tracking team performance, Klenty keeps it all under one roof and makes it manageable to actually key in on what is going on in your workflow.

Since we started using Klenty, our BDRs have been meeting quota consistently. Credit where credit is due - that is because Klenty helps us keep our reps' activity tracking in check and shows us which prospect will or will not likely buy. I guess the hot prospects feature is my favorite

We got nothing that we don't like. The team likes being on the platform

I like the team and the responsiveness the most. People at Klenty are hard-working, always responsive, and highly flexible. A lot of the bugs I also find are fixed very quickly - so from that perspective, it's fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

As with many software companies, it often feels like companies develop software without themselves being the end user. At times the UI is a bit clunky, you can't go deep enough in certain features (when you expect that you can), and it's not always as responsive (I often need to refresh my browser) - but I am a very picky software user working for a software company myself. I wish I would not find bugs as often as I do...But it's getting better.

We are using it to automate our inbound and outbound outreach. It's benefiting us because we are more productive and it gives us more structure in our day to day operations.

Easy to use, intuititive and provide me the insights I need to properly run my business.  Ranjit has been a tremendous to help get me ramped up and properly use all the tools...THANK YOU Ranjit!

This tool is like taking a blindfold off and seeing the entire playing field.

Nothing yet really comes to mind.  Ther have abeen a few small areas of UX improvement that I have passed along to Ranjit but these are minor tweaks.  Looking forward to updating as I learn more.

It's really intuitive and the help team is EXTREMELY responsive. The platform is well thought out for a lot of different use-cases and we were up and running in no time.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Lack of filtering ability when looking at all sets of lists. Should also be able to filter by tag. Integration with more CRMs would be nice as we use FreshSales and there's no direct integration. Also, the dashboards lack the ability to customize further which would be nice (i.e. view responses based on company size, role, function, etc.).

It is not a dislike but more of a suggestion. It would be better if the email templates currently given are segregated based on industry. Currently, it is very generic and would need rewriting to use in any industry.

Parallel dialing, voicemail recording and submission, monitoring calls and leaving comments for reps, note updation - basically calling is the best I like about Klenty

We tried to use Linkedin outreach initially, after a while our accounts got suspended temporarily. Better integration with Linkedin could have helped.

Updating notes after every call was a head ache previously, with Klenty's dialer our executives make more calls and updating notes to CRM is not the reps task anymore, it automatically sends it to the CRM. Saving us a huge deal of time

I predominantly use their note-taker software to keep record of my meetings. I recently got introduced to their emailing feature. I like using Klenty because we reach out to prospective clients about our services in a personalized manner, unlike the previous method where we used to store contacts in Google Sheets and send emails manually.

Nothing that I can think of. It is pretty helpful except for the email limit.

We like the way our prospects are registered according to the industry. It is easy, intuitive, agile and allows the information to be personalized according to the person carrying out the campaign

Many times you should directly eliminate users who do not have email, and do not detect the campaign that has spam and emails with error. However, we can read this option through the tool knowing the bounced emails and those that could not be entered by mistake

It seems good to me when klenty notifies you when the emails have an error and when a campaign has a high level of spam. Klenty allows all users to be more productive by having indicators and knowing how the email campaign was sent. accessing important data
