Klenty is a solid outbound sales automation tool with strong email sequencing, LinkedIn automation, and CRM integrations. It’s easy to use and effective for scaling cold outreach.

However, the UI can feel slightly outdated in places, and performance can occasionally be slow with larger campaigns. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for sales teams focused on structured outbound workflows and automation.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

I've been using Klenty for the past six months, and it has truly streamlined my outbound outreach process. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for those new to sales automation tools.
One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly Klenty automatically creates and groups leads from LinkedIn, then uploads them directly into the platform. This saves a significant amount of time and reduces the manual effort typically required in prospecting.
In addition to its strong functionality, Klenty’s support team is excellent—always responsive, helpful, and proactive in resolving any issues or questions.
Overall, Klenty is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their outbound sales efforts with minimal friction. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

That said, there are a couple of features that would take Klenty to the next level:

It would be great to have the option of integrating with a calling agent or voice outreach service, in addition to the email and LinkedIn automation.

A built-in tool to clean and enrich prospect data based on a specific target list would also be a valuable addition.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

The platform is intuitive, making it easy to set up personalized email sequences, automate follow-ups, and track engagement without getting lost in complexity. I also appreciate the seamless CRM integrations and detailed analytics that help optimize campaigns based on real-time performance.

Occasionally, there's a slight delay in syncing with CRMs, which can affect real-time data accuracy. Also, the reporting features, while useful, could be more customizable for deeper insights.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klenty helps solve the problem of manual, time-consuming outreach by automating the entire process—from sending personalized emails to scheduling follow-ups and tracking engagement. Before Klenty, a lot of time was spent switching between tools and manually updating CRMs. Now, with Klenty’s sequences and integrations, outreach is streamlined and scalable.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

While my overall experience was disappointing, I did appreciate Klenty's concept of multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and calls, which, in theory, could streamline sales engagement. (but it failed to do so).

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Klenty was unreliable and laggy, which disrupted my outreach campaigns instead of helping them run smoothly. Many features did not work as promised, and the system often felt slow and unstable. There was a noticeable gap between what was advertised and the actual product experience. Support was friendly but slow to resolve issues, which added to my frustration.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, Klenty aims to automate cold outreach and save time. However, due to system lag and performance issues, it did not provide the expected benefits for me.

**What do you like best about Klenty?**

Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. They also have their own data base of prospects which can also be used to target right set of people which you think are fit for your product or services.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Their own database is not large enough. If you use it, you should also have one more database tool for reaching out.

**What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klenty solve problem of reaching out to targeted prospects with multiple touch points. In real scenario it is very tough for outbound prospecting to reach out right prospects one by one by sending them emails individually or sending them connection request on LinkedIn or calling all of them.
Klenty provide a stop solution for all these problems and solve it with the use of AI and automation. klenty automatically can send multiple emails to each prospects at different time interval and send linkedin connects, also based on the sales analytics, it helps you by suggesting which all prospects are right fit to call and nurture.

The cadence is featured is well rounded  and take into the needs of sales team : easy to set-up, flexible, efficient integration with CRM's. 

Been using Klenty for 2 teams since 2018 : the product is constantly evolving.

Great support team as well : quick to reply.

**What do you dislike about Klenty?**

Nothing really, Klenty is simple to use and efficient.

My team don't have to think about sending reminders to prospects. 
You can easily engage with prospects !

The ticketing service of Klenty helps us keep track of issues and makes it easier for us to resolve and respond quickly. It also helps us send personalised mails.

It helps us to automate the responses and even the follow up responses which saves a lot of time.

Pricing is on the higher side and sometimes integrating it becomes a bit of a challenge.

Klenty has been helpful in transforming the manual outreach to an automated one.

Call quality of cloud calls and number masking.

Reporting can definitely be improved and certain integrations can be developed too.

We were facing a lot of troubles using outreach as it couldn't support dialing in india market. Thanks to klenty which solved it.
