What do you like best?

We don't have to remember the follow-up dates, you just need to add the email and prospects in the cadence and klenty will send follow-ups to all prospects on the time you have set. Also, the reports help in analyzing your reach out process, tells you the no. of email sent, mail that were opened and when they were opened, any link in the mail opened, mails that got bounced. This help you decide whom should you focus more upon, and what content of yours is actually doing wonders and what is not getting any traction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not able to identify the bounced mails, although there is a feature for identifying the bounced mails, but it didn't identify all the mails that got bounced. The no. of bounced mails shown in the reports are much less than actual numbers which you see in your email id. Also, mail ID gets blocked sometimes due to bulk mailing. There should be feture to automatically stop the cadence when lots of mails are getting bounced of a particular format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best?

The main reason I selected Klenty as compared to its peers is due to the native Pipedrive integration. Information seamlessly flows in both directions between the two platforms.

One of the most unique features to Klenty (at least a year ago when I compared platforms) was its ability to utilize an algorithm to randomize the email sending to make the emails sent via campaigns appear to be user generated. Most competitors simply use a time-based interval (i.e., 30 or 60 seconds) between emails. Klenty's feature helps to reduce the risk of being flagged as a spam sender by email servers that monitor timing of email traffic.

Klenty has an intuitive dashboard that displays the key performance indicators for my email campaigns. In a quick glance, I can visualize global performance and drill-down into individual recipient interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The email cadence user interface could be improved. The emails are displayed in a 'tree' format and it is difficult to understand how to change settings on individual emails or the entire cadence at first. This learning curve goes away after you try all features.

The integration between Klenty and my email service provider has failed on multiple occasions in the past. The effort required to re-connect the systems is too cumbersome. I have become aware of this issue due to email replies from recipients not being recognized in Klenty, an unfortunate issue as some recipients were continuously emailed after the initial response should have triggered the campaign to stop.

Klenty could improve their feature set by capturing additional metadata (e.g., location, device type, etc.) from the image tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Determine the email marketing automation providers that are focused on your company size and integrate well with your CRM and email service provider. Then deep dive into feature sets and reviews on customer service to determine the best fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am automating email marketing to leads. I run a small private equity firm and am reaching out to business owners to gauge interest in engaging in strategic discussions.

What do you like best?

A few features which I really like is offering a lot of features at an affordable cost, some of the best ones being, step settings per cadence, sending limits, template management, WYSIWYG creation and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

You do not get to see the sending calendar of the cadences running in particular email accounts as a whole.

And a few small features- like when you are sending your email follow-ups in the same thread, the subject line does not carry forward on it own. Rather you have to copy-paste it on your own. Hence setting up a campaign becomes a cumbersome process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Klenty is a very useful tool to send our outbound emails & follow-ups

automatically, but one by one as if you were sending them manually (helping to avoid email spam filters). It's great that it integrates well with our CRM tool- Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Regarding the integration with our CRM tool, it automatically creates new deals, for each of the contacts reached by email, if I choose that option. However, I would like to have the option to create a unique deal per company reached, not per contact. But anyway, when we need help with the platform, Klenty staff is very responsive. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

These guys had solid online support that was always wiling to set up a skype call if the chat was to cumbersome. But what I really liked was how they were willing to add features that we needed. My company does not have a CRM and they were super flexible with helping add things to their filters and prospects that allowed us to get usable data from it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Incredible features to begin cold talking. KLENTY has been extremely very much created as an IT device and gives every one of the best parts you have to begin frosty talking and even with current customers keeping in mind the end goal to automate your discussions. Since Linked evacuated the capacity to get contacts from the KLENTY Chrome Extension, the missing miner from Linkedin has been exceptionally required. However this is something that had happened to all applications working with rejecting at Linkedin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I have been using it a lot lately at my job. I mainly use it to send email to prospects in bulk and on the go. It makes my work easy because I am able to send bulk emails to people we are looking to hire. Interview scheduling is very easy too and it gets added to my calendar on one click saving me a lot of time on adding numerous interviews during the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish their mobile version was well integrated and had all the features. It is very difficult to use Klenty on my phone right now which makes my work a bit slow and slugggish. If they can fix that, it would be very helpful because then I can make interview appointments on my phone and would be able to reply to prospects faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

As a professor, I have to manage a few hundred emails each semester. Managing all the communication when you need to contact each student individually becomes harder each semester. Klenty has really helped me with that. What I really like about Klenty is that my emails never look like they have been edited or they have been sent from a 2nd party email provider.

Also, it is really easy to import contacts from the classroom roster. I don't have to individually copy and paste emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The website seems to be geared towards a sales or marketing person than a general user so it takes some time to learn the jargon such as 'prospects' etc. My linkedIn to klenty connection isn't as good as the gmail to klenty connection. If you're in sales or marketing, this tool is made for you. For others, go though the help section and contact the customer service before you give up.
