
We don't have to remember the follow-up dates, you just need to add the email and prospects in the cadence and klenty will send follow-ups to all prospects on the time you have set. Also, the reports help in analyzing your reach out process, tells you the no. of email sent, mail that were opened and when they were opened, any link in the mail opened, mails that got bounced. Not able to identify the bounced mails, although there is a feature for identifying the bounced mails, but it didn't identify all the mails that got bounced. The no. of bounced mails shown in the reports are much less than actual numbers which you see in your email id. Also, mail ID gets blocked sometimes due to bulk mailing. The main reason I selected Klenty as compared to its peers is due to the native Pipedrive integration. Information seamlessly flows in both directions between the two platforms.
One of the most unique features to Klenty (at least a year ago when I compared platforms) was its ability to utilize an algorithm to randomize the email sending to make the emails sent via campaigns appear to be user generated. Most competitors simply use a time-based interval (i.e., 30 or 60 seconds) between emails. Klenty's feature helps to reduce the risk of being flagged as a spam sender by email servers that monitor timing of email traffic.

The email cadence user interface could be improved. The emails are displayed in a 'tree' format and it is difficult to understand how to change settings on individual emails or the entire cadence at first. This learning curve goes away after you try all features.
The integration between Klenty and my email service provider has failed on multiple occasions in the past. The effort required to re-connect the systems is too cumbersome. I have become aware of this issue due to email replies from recipients not being recognized in Klenty, an unfortunate issue as some recipients were continuously emailed after the initial response should have triggered the campaign to stop.

You do not get to see the sending calendar of the cadences running in particular email accounts as a whole.

Regarding the integration with our CRM tool, it automatically creates new deals, for each of the contacts reached by email, if I choose that option. However, I would like to have the option to create a unique deal per company reached, not per contact. But anyway, when we need help with the platform, Klenty staff is very responsive. These guys had solid online support that was always wiling to set up a skype call if the chat was to cumbersome. But what I really liked was how they were willing to add features that we needed. I have been using it a lot lately at my job. I mainly use it to send email to prospects in bulk and on the go. It makes my work easy because I am able to send bulk emails to people we are looking to hire. I wish their mobile version was well integrated and had all the features. It is very difficult to use Klenty on my phone right now which makes my work a bit slow and slugggish. As a professor, I have to manage a few hundred emails each semester. Managing all the communication when you need to contact each student individually becomes harder each semester. Klenty has really helped me with that. What I really like about Klenty is that my emails never look like they have been edited or they have been sent from a 2nd party email provider.

The website seems to be geared towards a sales or marketing person than a general user so it takes some time to learn the jargon such as 'prospects' etc. My linkedIn to klenty connection isn't as good as the gmail to klenty connection.
