What do you like best?

It's design is good. The fact you can add emails AND calls AND tasks is very solid.

They are also the only ones to do this AND connect to Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

No auto-save feature - which you only discover the first time you lose your work (which will be when you just go to another module). No warning, no "are you sure", just *poof* your work is gone.

No customization of columns - you see 3-4 things and that's it. The fields for variables are hidden in every single contact, so a LOT of clicks to see necessary info.

Need to see more info nonetheless because.... work ? They say to use tags - but there is NO way of bulk editing or removing them (not really, you can select them one by one from a drop down and then erase them all.

ONE false move and your ENTIRE database is down the drain. For instance, I now have more tags than contacts in there and have to click through them ONE BY ONE.

Support is borderline non-existent - and its competence is unimpressive. I have literally lost hours because of listening to their advice, ending up making my problem MUCH worse.

Very frustrating that no one else offers emails/calls/tasks and integrate w/Pipedrive, I would switch in a heartbeat or less.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are not stuck on Pipedrive, there are alternatives. If you're on Pipedrive and need a sales automation solution that does more than just emails, you don't have the choice and we can cry together.

It's ok for a product to be incomplete/slightly flawed but when support doesn't help or drives you into the wall, repeatedly, these flaws become liabilities for customers.

I would switch in a heartbeat, it seems I am stuck for now - but I will now look at switching from Pipedrive in order to get rid of Klenty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am automating redundant sales tasks and updating my CRM.

I am unsure whether the time I can gain doing this isn't lost with the huge number of issues i keep running into and pitfalls "baked into" their platform.
