
I have used several platforms for social cross-posting and have been a Hootsuite client for many years, but initially, I chose Cloud Campaign to ease multi-client reporting. After two years of using this platform, and with over 40 clients, including some with muliple locations, multiple ad campaigns, and a growing marketing team, we have become even more appreciative of other Cloud Campaign strengths. Cross-posting, live analytics monitoring, easy content approval processes, and repeat posting save us hours! Reports are WONDERFUL and have saved hours of work for each client! When channels disconnect, which happens frequently, content is not posted. I have had some trouble with analytics connections for Facebook Ad Campaigns. It required in-depth support and negatively affected reporting data for a multi-location client. Also, not all social platform tasks can be performed through Cloud Campaign such as commenting or inviting engagers to like a page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
