It makes scheduling very convenient and the UI is very user-friendly. I also like the fact that informs the user of any running issues and making it specific to the user. I also consider their customer service top-tier. They are responsive to our inquiries and would even set up meetings so we can better understand their app. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** I guess what I dislike is the fact that it automatically logs out our account upon closing Cloud. I'm hoping that they'll add a "Remember Me" feature to avoid this issue as this would save us time to use their services. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an issue with our previous scheduler before that it was so hassle to schedule each posts to the corresponding socials. With Cloud, you don't have to manually schedule each post one-by-one since all socials are available for our selection in just one button. All social media platform's have different sizing for video uploads. It is great for organizations and companies, but it can really excel with marketing agencies as all of the many different brands can be stored under one roof **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** The only issues I have with it are the delays when dealing with support. I also feel that there are times when posts are failing, but they are easily corrected. There's also a getting started box on the dashboard that doesn't go away after you've completed the tasks. We manage a large number of channels and Cloud Campaign allows us to effectively spend our time scheduling and monitoring for comments and reactions without charging an arm and a leg. I could not function without Cloud Campaign. I also really like the reporting options and look to integrate that feature more in my day-to-day use in 2024. Last but not least, the individual customer care and support is unmatched. I work with Emily and enjoy our one-on-one meetings, but also know I can count on her in an emergency. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** Right now, the integration process for social channels is a bit of a pain as you have to connect to all Instagram accounts linked to a workspace when you add any new Instagram account. That's the same across all platforms (FB, LinkedIn, etc.). I really do hope that a user-friendly mobile app will come out soon for those days you can't get to your laptop quickly enough. Cross-posting, live analytics monitoring, easy content approval processes, and repeat posting save us hours! Reports are WONDERFUL and have saved hours of work for each client! We use it for our own social media management as well as our clients and it works great, minus the fact that we have to re-sync the accounts causing posts to fail but I think that’s a common thing with all the providers we have used due to the social media platforms changing their tokens. At least it sends you a notice when a posts fails to post so it can be corrected and re-posted and not just get forgotten and not posted. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** Seems like posts fail with error messages often & needs reset or re-sync'd often. When I review/approve from my mobile device it posts my comments as "Anonymous."
