They've also rolled out the multiple-image function for Instagram carousels which makes the job so much easier. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** They don't have an app yet - it hasn't been a huge problem just because I'm typically on my laptop to get stuff done anyway, but even some basic functions on an app (such as seeing comments, etc.) would be useful in a mobile app. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Campaign:** I've used or tested the big players in the social media management world: Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, and Sprout Social. Because I'm running so many accounts for clients, Cloud Campaign has been the best by far. If you're running your own account, other services would likely do the trick - and maybe for less of a monthly fee - but as an agency, Cloud Campaign stands out as knowing the pain points of the job and having addressed them really, really well. The bulk upload and schedule creation have easily saved me (and my VA) 10 hours every month when scheduling social media posts for clients. All my clients have commented how easy it is to approve content and provide feedback. I think the only way to improve is to require each stakeholder to have their name on a comment which, if you're sharing links with anyone is difficult, unless you ask for their name before they can comment? But even that's not an issue as I just ask all stakeholders comments to initial them. ### 17. You add more users or more customers to your system and they charge you an ungodly amount. Not Cloud Campaign. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** There is nothing I dislike about this software. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Campaign:** When choosing a social media management software I found that everyone would either want an ungodly amount of money to access full features or would be missing a key feature. This is the only software that I have found that is priced appropriately and is not missing any feature. One can scale with it without becoming a 'business partner' with the software and essentially giving them a percentage of sales. SMM software generally has their hand in your pocket and Cloud Campaign doesn't. Customer support is attentive. Onboarding is great and they are just a good company that you feel good about interacting with. Of all the companies we deal with I can honestly say Cloud Campaign is one of the best. Some companies you know getting support will be painful and avoid it at all costs. Not with this company. I also love that I can set up a team to help me with the social media management and they can send me a link with all the latest content they've created for me to review and provide notes. I use the auto-import function quite a bit to automatically bring in our latest blogs, portfolio items, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and company news to be automatically distributed on our social media channels. The scheduling queues with content recycling are a life save for those times when you don't have any new content to publish, it keeps your audience engaged with archival content and you never lose top of mind. One major problem that led us to continue searching for new social media management suites until we found CloudCampaign was the way other platforms upload video to the social platforms, some of them uploaded terrible quality and others posted links to web pages where people could watch the videos but CloudCampaign is the only one that we've found which uploads natively to the social platform in good resolution - which is essential as a video production company. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** There is no mobile app and the user interface is still a bit janky. I expect great things from this software as they continue to refine it. They are extremely attentive to their user feedback so I have no doubts we'll be seeing things evolve nicely in the near future. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our social media audience engaged without investing countless hours into it. Being that we're a Marketing Agency, it's important that we have an approval process. Cloud Campaign was the only app the allowed us to create a process of Internal approvals and client approvals, making sure no content get slipped between the cracks. Cloud Campaign is great for scheduling on social media, we typically use it with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google My Business all of which have worked seamlessly for the most part. Cloud Campaign also allows you to check your "social inbox" from their desktop app making it easy when managing multiple accounts. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** There's one major problem that comes with social media scheduling apps that I think derives as an API issue at Instagram. We all know to gain engagement and more view, carousel posts are preferred. Well, with Cloud Campaign you can only upload up to 4 photos, while Instagram allows for 10 total to be posted. You also have to post manually, you'll get a notification, but post manually. Also, as a social media manager it's important you can work on the go. Cloud Campaign doesn't have an app for your phone and the website isn't very mobile-device friendly, making it hard to adjust last-minute things away from a computer. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Campaign:** Cloud Campaign, truly has been the best we've tried especially in regards to searching for an approval process that allows us to create the most streamlined reviewing. We also have been happy that you can have X amount of "businesses" on your networking, meaning multiple social media accounts can all be channeled from one page. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud Campaign helps us manage all client social media on one platform, in one space. There are features still coming and I am willing to wait. The Canva integration does not save designs to your accout. If they are made.through Cloud Campaign then they are editable through Cloud Campaign but do not show up in the canva app. I have been told this is being worked on so it is another feature that I am willing to wait for. I would like an actual app for android. The ability to collaborate with clients by giving them access to a workspace is engenious and much better than sending pdfs. The ability to add users as clients, the smooth approval process and the collaboration potential is just astounding. A bonus is being being able to sell workspaces to businesses for added profit.
