The calendar view makes keeping everything straight, visible and very user friendly. Support is very helpful and caring. There are many features that I am still learning and all of them are so useful. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** The only thing I can think of is that whenever I recieve an email that a client commented on a post, it does not tell me what post it is, after i click on it and it takes me to a general place, I end up going through all the posts to try and find it. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to solve the problem of some of our clients instagrams don't want to connect. The benefits are endless and they keep updating Cloud Campaign and making it better. ### 2. It's incredibly user-friendly for my team and for my clients that choose to be a user. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** Cloud Campaign doesn't currently have an app but it's platform is beautifully mobile optimized, so I'm being nit-picky here. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Campaign:** If you're using another social management platform, consider allowing Cloud Campaign to give you a demo. I've used many social management platforms throughout my career, and Cloud Campaign is the easiest to use with the most robust analytics out of any other platform. You can tell they're also ALWAYS proactively working to improve their platform. They stay in excellent communication on what they're up to with their users. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a growing marketing agency, the layout of the platform is effortless to use. I am collaborative with my clients, so they can navigate the platform easily is a huge benefit. ### 5. It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorizing and recycling evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere. Best of all, their support team is super to work with. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** There are a few things still under development that I look forward to being resolved. There's an issue with the cursor jumping to the top while you're writing or removing formatting that's buggy and we're having some issues with the right thumbnail showing on videos on Facebook. But I'm sure they'll resolve these things. The pros far outweigh any cons. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Campaign:** For anyone managing a high volume of content that wants to be more strategic with their use of evergreen material on social media, you won't find a more clever and progressive tool than this one. And the reporting is the best I've seen for social media. **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CloudCampaign my team and I have been able to create a sophisticated and streamlined content creation and management system that delivers better, more strategic marketing for our clients. But the devs are ALWAYS making improvements and working through a roadmap that we get a lot of input on. I've never really figured out the schedules / don't find them user-friendly. I use macbook/grammerly which I dont' want to take off. We have our RSS feeds hooked into to each queue and based on a tag we use when we post an item it flows to a certain schedule. I can alternate post types, reuse content easily, and even see how it performs. **What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?** We do not use the auto captioning and would love to have it way to make it work better for us. It can take a bit for the schedules to fully load (though to their credit we do have a ton of content in our account). **What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves us a ton of time every day mapping out our social content for us automatically. I love being able to alternate types of content seamlessly with the queues. Switching from other services, we also saved money and use most of the features rather than paying for things we never used. ### 12.
