Cloud Campaign is fantastic. It becomes a one-stop shop to schedule, analyze and report on the social media marketing efforts that you are responsible for. What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?

The only issues I have with it are the delays when dealing with support. I also feel that there are times when posts are failing, but they are easily corrected. What I love most about Cloud Campaign is that it’s powered by real people who genuinely care about helping their clients succeed. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and feels like an extension of our own marketing department.

The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing social media for multiple clients a breeze. The client approval process is one of my favorite features — it’s seamless, straightforward, and saves us so much time compared to other tools.
