“Transforming fragmented communication into clear visual systems”
What do you like best about Miro?

What I value most about Miro is how seamlessly it bridges the gap between high-level visual planning and actionable execution. The infinite canvas paired with two-way Jira integrations has completely transformed our sprint planning and PI planning sessions. Instead of juggling dozens of open browser tabs, flat spreadsheets, and buried ticket backlogs, our entire team maps out epics, story dependencies, and release timelines visually in one shared space.

The drag-and-drop story mapping and real-time cursor tracking have cut our planning meeting times by roughly 30% because everyone can contribute simultaneously rather than waiting for one person to share a screen. An unexpected benefit has been how much easier it is to onboard new team members walking them through a visual canvas of our architecture and roadmap gets them up to speed in days rather than weeks.

Miro has redefined how our team runs workshops and creative brainstorming. The standout feature set for me includes the facilitator toolsspecifically the built-in timer, voting features, frames, and private mode. These tools keep large interactive sessions structured and productive without feeling rigid.

Before using Miro, synthesizing post-brainstorming feedback took hours of transcribing notes and consolidating ideas. Now, using smart grouping, tagging, and sticky note clusters, we can go from raw idea generation to actionable next steps in a single session. An unexpected win is that silent brainstorming on Miro has dramatically boosted participation from quieter team members who usually don't speak up in traditional verbal meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Miro is packed with features, which is a double-edged sword. For beginners transitioning from theory into practical UI/UX or system design workflows, the sheer volume of tools and menus can feel overwhelming. Additionally, when a board becomes very dense with multiple use case diagrams, user flows, and sticky notes, navigation can become slightly laggy or visually chaotic for new users trying to find their way around the canvas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems Solved: Miro solves the challenge of team miscommunication caused by static text documents, endless slide decks, and fragmented communication channels. In complex projects, text alone often fails to convey full architecture, workflow dependencies, or creative direction, leading to misalignment across cross-functional teams.

How It Benefits Me: Miro serves as our central visual workspace. Instead of spending hours writing lengthy documentation that few people read, we map out workflows, user journeys, and project roadmaps visually. This creates a single source of truth that anyone can understand at a glance. It has drastically reduced unnecessary follow-up meetings, eliminated misunderstandings around project requirements, and allowed us to make faster decisions as a team. “Exceptional deep-dive technical support and a highly robust visual architecture platform”
What do you like best about Webflow?

I initially encountered what I thought was a severe server-state syncing issue that had stalled my development operations. I was highly frustrated, but Dave from Webflow's support team stepped in and provided a masterclass level of technical assistance. He didn't just offer generic troubleshooting; he took a deep dive into my project's specific architecture and recorded a custom video breakdown. He accurately diagnosed that it wasn't a platform bug at all, but rather a complex CSS breakpoint and viewport configuration discrepancy on my end that was masking my styles on the default 1024px canvas.

The platform itself is incredibly powerful for high-fidelity web design, but knowing that there are dedicated support specialists willing to go the extra mile to visually debug your specific architecture is what makes Webflow truly enterprise-grade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

The learning curve can be quite steep, especially when engineering complex cascading styles across multiple custom breakpoints (e.g., managing styles from 1920px down to 1440px and the default 1024px viewport). A minor oversight in viewport styling can easily look like a major structural bug if you aren't paying close attention. It would be great to see even more prominent visual cues within the Designer when styling properties are completely hidden by higher breakpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an agency, we rely heavily on Webflow to architect, build, and deploy high-performance, pixel-perfect websites. It allows us to translate complex designs into clean, production-ready code efficiently. Having a reliable staging environment (.webflow.io) and seamless custom domain management is critical for our delivery timelines. When the platform is fully leveraged and properly configured, it provides an unmatched visual engineering experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential for Multi-Language, Multi-Surface UI Design and Dev Collaboration”
What do you like best about Figma?

Figma has been essential for designing the complete UI across our logistics platform, from the driver app to the client-facing web platform and admin panel, keeping design consistent across all three surfaces. The interface is intuitive for both designers and developers, making it easy to jump between designing and inspecting components without a steep learning curve. Real-time collaboration has let our design and development teams work from the same file simultaneously, cutting down on the back-and-forth that used to happen with static design handoffs. Performance is generally smooth for typical design work, and integration with our development workflow through inspection tools has sped up implementation significantly. Pricing has offered solid ROI given how much design and development time it's saved through better collaboration. Onboarding was quick since most designers already had prior Figma experience, and the component and design system features have made it easy to maintain consistency across different screens and languages, since we support Arabic, English, and Urdu across the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Figma?

Performance can slow down noticeably on very large, complex files with many components and layers, which became more of an issue as our design system grew across all three products. Integrations with some of our development tooling aren't as deep as we'd like, occasionally requiring manual handoff steps. Managing version history for major redesigns sometimes felt less intuitive compared to more traditional version control tools developers are used to. Pricing for additional seats adds up as the design and development team grows, and support response times for more nuanced technical questions were slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Figma has let our design and development teams collaborate on the platform's UI in real time instead of working from disconnected design files and mockups. This has sped up how quickly designs move from concept to implementation across the driver app, client platform, and admin panel, while keeping visual consistency across three languages and multiple product surfaces. “Duda Streamlines Idea-to-Website Delivery with an Easy Editor and All-in-One Tools”
What do you like best about Duda?

As a co-founder, I mainly care about how efficiently our team can move from an initial idea to a finished website. Duda makes that process fairly straightforward. I like being able to start with a template, adjust the layout and content, and make changes without having to rely on custom code for every small update. The editor is easy to understand, and having content management, responsive design controls, SEO tools, and analytics in the same platform is useful for managing client projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

Some advanced design options could be more flexible, particularly when we want to make very specific visual changes. I would also like to see more integrations available without requiring additional setup or higher-tier plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Duda helps reduce the time involved in building and maintaining websites. Instead of spending time on repetitive setup and content changes, our team can focus more on the actual design and client requirements. It also makes ongoing updates easier after a site has been launched.

If you build sites for clients regularly, just try it.The trial is enough to figure out if it fits your workflow. Don't judge it only by the basic editor — spend some time in the advanced features because that's where it actually clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucid Simplifies Technical Design and Team Collaboration”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I mainly use Lucid to document ride request processing and driver matching workflows before development starts. During design reviews, I update architecture diagrams based on team feedback so everyone works from the same design. AI-assisted diagram generation gives us a solid starting point, while comments and real-time collaboration make reviews much faster and reduce back-and-forth discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

As our architecture diagrams become larger, navigating different sections can take a little extra time. When several teammates review and update the same document, keeping every component organised sometimes requires manual adjustments. More intelligent auto-layout options and stronger filtering for large diagrams would make technical design reviews even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us turn complex system designs into visual documentation that everyone can understand. We use it to map ride request processing, driver matching logic, and service interactions before development begins. Having a shared diagram reduces misunderstandings during design reviews, speeds up technical discussions, and makes it much easier to update architecture as requirements evolve. “Simplifies Blogging with Ease, Despite Some Hiccups”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I love WordPress.com for how it makes my work super easy, especially with its templates and plugins. It's great because I don't need any coding knowledge to start working on it, making it accessible even to people from different sectors. The platform also gives me full control over my website, preserving ownership while being easy to manage. I find the exporting feature in .wpress format incredibly useful for migration, as it saves both time and human effort. This feature allows me to create easy backups and seamlessly migrate my site using wp-admin without needing complex knowledge of cPanel or Plesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Some plugins need to be free, like the WordPress All In 1 plugin, which only allows very small file sizes to import. It's possible to increase the size limit, but for someone without a technical background, it's a worry since paid plugins are costly. This was a problem I personally faced and wasted a lot of time figuring out how to increase it locally and then online. Once you know, it's easy, but for new users, it's complex. Also, as we add more features, the site becomes slow, which should be improved. The initial setup was hard for me because I was unsure whether to use XAMPP or WP Local official software. My XAMPP kept running SQL and Apache, and Local blocked ports, making it complex to decide. A step-by-step tutorial according to user experience would be helpful. The initial setup seems a little hard initially, and increasing the size limit to import the .wpress file can be troublesome, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use WordPress.com for its ease of use with templates and plugins, allowing even non-tech people to create sites without coding knowledge. It saves time with features like .wpress export for easy backups and migrations, and maintains full website control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Creative way to have a beautiful website.”
What do you like best about Wix?

What I like most about Wix is the balance it strikes between creative freedom and ease of use. The drag-and-drop editor is genuinely intuitive, so you don’t need to know a single line of code to create a professional, polished website. Whether I’m tweaking layouts, adding attractive visual elements, or setting up an online store, the whole process feels smooth and seamless. On top of that, there’s a wide selection of modern, well-designed templates that give you a strong starting point, no matter what industry you’re in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix?

While the platform is incredible overall, if I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the mobile app experience. The Wix app is great for managing my business on the go things like tracking analytics and responding to inquiries but it doesn’t provide the same creative freedom or deeper editing tools as the desktop version. I’d really like to make more advanced design tweaks directly from my phone; as it stands, for major layout changes and detailed customization, using a computer is still a must. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Wix, my biggest hurdles were the steep learning curve and the high cost of web development. Wix solves this by bringing professional-grade design, hosting, and business tools together in one accessible place.

For me, the biggest benefits are time savings and independence. Rather than waiting days for a developer to make a simple text update or swap out a product image, I can handle it myself in seconds. It has also streamlined my day-to-day operations by integrating scheduling, contact forms, and email marketing directly into the dashboard. Overall, Wix has turned web design from a stressful, technical chore into an engaging, creative process that helps keep my brand looking polished and professional. I love how easily Framer connects to many tools I use, and I can even embed our own solution onto my website without any problems. It's a next-generation, top-notch CMS, and the way I can easily take stuff from Figma and paste it into Framer is really awesome. The platform is also easy to use and quick to develop for small teams, making it ideal for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Framer?

Framer's pricing seems to scale quite quickly and is somewhat unclear. I also wish Framer had a faster Windows app because now it doesn't matter whether I use browser or Windows. Framer can feel a bit slow sometimes, and occasionally the view jumps around, making my designs mysteriously go out of focus. This can be a bit annoying, especially since I have a wide screen. “Create High-End, Client-Ready Websites in Hours”
What do you like best about solidpixels.?

What I value most is how quickly I can create a functional, high-end website. Often, even before presenting a formal proposal, I can already show the client what their new site could look like, how their brand can be applied, or how their current underperforming website can be turned into a functional, modern design – within a matter of hours.

I also appreciate the transparent pricing and excellent support. It is immediately clear how much everything costs, and if something is not clear, I can quickly sort it out with support — just like various issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about solidpixels.?

Sometimes I run into the limits of what can and cannot be styled. I understand that this is meant to optimize the platform and reduce the number of ways users can break a website. But in those cases, I have to bend the predefined elements in the code editor quite a lot and hope it will work. With each new version, however, the environment and features are becoming more and more refined and optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is solidpixels. solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a designer, it allows me to work independently of developers and programmers and immediately build a functional presentation across devices. We especially value the flexibility of the editor, the CMS options, the integrations, the automations, and the ability to deliver more complete solutions without relying on heavy development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix Studio?

One of the improvements that would add the most value would be having Aria fully integrated within the Wix Studio Editor and not just in the control panel. Having the AI available during the design and development process would allow for contextual assistance in content creation, SEO optimization, accessibility, responsive design, CMS connections, automations, and technical recommendations without having to leave the editor. “Beginner-Friendly Interface That Makes Blogging in Elementor Easy”
What do you like best about Elementor?

Elementor is definitely something I use regularly to work with. Usually one or two days a week for a few hours. I use it to make blog posts on our company website, and I find the interface easy to navigate. It’s also very straightforward to copy and paste my blog writing, swap out images, and update the main thumbnail. I also like that I can switch between the main WordPress editor and Elementor, and view my work from multiple perspectives as I go. The integration between the two is seamless and works very well. Another thing I appreciate is that I can add posts using code if I want, or simply use the widgets and have the code handled for me. Also, I've never had any performance issues on my system when using it as I only really do text and pictures for my posting. Best part is: it was really easy to get started. The system is very intuitive and I didn't need someone to teach me how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elementor?

The file size limits for images. I find really great images that I can use in posts and then I'm not able because of size limits. The work around is that I have to save them in a different format or make them smaller or poorer quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solved the problem of having to ask our webmaster to post blogs for me. After using it for months, I can publish posts myself and return to make edits relatively quickly. “Claritee.io is a breath of fresh air in the world of wireframing”
What do you like best about Claritee?

Claritee.io is a breath of fresh air in the world of wireframing! As a product manager, I've tried countless tools, but Claritee.io's intuitive interface and collaborative features make it a dream to use. It's incredibly easy to whip up a wireframe and get feedback from stakeholders in real-time. The pre-built templates and components save so much time, and the ability to export to code is a game-changer for my developers. I can't recommend Claritee.io enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritee?

Nothing tho dislike. Keeps evolving and improving with new usecases and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claritee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claritee.io addresses several pain points in the wireframing process, making it a valuable tool for product managers and teams:

Streamlined Collaboration: Claritee.io fosters seamless collaboration with real-time feedback and commenting features. This eliminates the need for lengthy email chains or meetings, allowing stakeholders to provide input directly on the wireframe, accelerating the design process.

Intuitive Interface and Time-Saving Features: The user-friendly interface, pre-built templates, and components enable rapid wireframe creation. This saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent on manual design or learning complex software.

Code Export for Developer Handoff: The ability to export wireframes as code significantly improves communication between product managers and developers. It ensures that the final product accurately reflects the wireframe's design, reducing errors and misunderstandings.

These benefits translate to a more efficient and effective wireframing process, ultimately leading to better product outcomes. For product managers, Claritee.io helps streamline communication, save time, and bridge the gap between design and development. For teams, it fosters collaboration and alignment around a shared vision, resulting in a smoother product development cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
