“Effortless Collaboration and Intuitive Interface with Miro”
What do you like best about Miro?

Over the past period I’ve been using Miro extensively at Deployteq, both internally with colleagues and during brainstorm sessions with clients. What I appreciate most is how effortless it feels to get ideas out of people’s heads and onto a shared canvas. Even team members who aren’t naturally visual thinkers pick it up quickly — the interface is intuitive, the tools are simple, and everyone can participate without technical barriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

If I have to mention a downside, it’s that large, complex boards can get a bit slow, especially when many elements are added over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Miro, brainstorms and planning sessions often resulted in scattered notes, screenshots, and separate documents. It was easy for context to get lost.

Now, everything lives on a single canvas — ideas, user flows, wireframes, notes, links. Everyone sees the same thing at the same time, which creates instant alignment. No more “Can you send me that file?” or “Where did we put that post-it again?”.

Another issue we had before using Miro, preparing physical workshops used to take a lot of time: formatting slides, printing canvases, arranging activities. Miro allows us to have a framework for workshops that we can use, time and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Flexible and Easy-to-Use Platform for Building and Managing Modern Websites”
What do you like best about Webflow?

I like Webflow’s combination of a highly flexible CMS and an intuitive visual development environment. It allows me to design, build, and manage complex, content-driven websites without relying heavily on code, while still offering the freedom to customize when needed. The seamless workflow between design, CMS structure, and live content editing makes projects faster, smoother, and far more enjoyable to deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

I dislike that Webflow can get expensive as your site grows, and some features still feel limited. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially when trying to make pages responsive or adding animations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webflow solves the problem of needing a developer for every small change or update. It lets me design, build, and manage websites all in one place without relying heavily on code. The CMS makes it easy to update content, the visual builder helps me create custom designs quickly, and hosting is handled automatically. This saves a lot of time, reduces costs, and lets me launch projects much faster while still keeping everything professional and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucidchart Elevates Technical Diagrams and Streamlines Creative Workflows”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

Lucidchart’s specific libraries for ER (Entity Relationship) diagrams and UML shapes make my technical work look industry-standard. It allows me to visually prove to future employers, "I don't just know the theory of database design; here is the actual schema I built."

I can start in Lucidspark, dumping sticky notes for my film script or brainstorming features for the app. Once those messy ideas solidify, I can instantly switch to Lucidchart to map out the actual logic. I don't need to migrate data. It allows me to go from "Wouldn't it be cool if the app had community events?" to a concrete "User Flow Diagram" in the same ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I wanted to build my portfolio using tools that are completely free of cost. Lucid is aggressive with its paywall. The 60-object limit on the free plan is frustratingly low; I hit it almost immediately when trying to map a detailed user flow for an App. It forces me to break work into tiny, disconnected documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I juggle complex, invisible logic (like AI RAG models and SQL schemas) alongside creative concepts (like my dystopian film storyboards). The main problem I face is translating these abstract ideas into something tangible that others can understand. It turns the backend logic of my App into clear flowcharts. I can see exactly where the user journey breaks before I write a single line of code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Cloud Collaboration and Intuitive Design Tools”
What do you like best about Figma?

1. Cloud-based collaboration allows for real-time co-editing with teammates, as well as the ability to leave comments and access version history.

2. The platform is cross-platform, functioning smoothly in browsers and across various operating systems without requiring heavy installations.

3. Its UI/UX focus makes it particularly strong for interface design, prototyping, working with components, and managing design systems.

4. The use of reusable components, along with shared libraries and styles, helps maintain consistency and supports scalability.

5. There is also a large ecosystem of plugins and integrations, including compatibility with tools like Slack, Jira, and FigJam.

6. Handoff to developers is straightforward, as they can directly inspect specifications, assets, and code snippets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Figma?

The software relies heavily on a stable internet connection to function at its best. When working with very large files or projects containing numerous assets, I have noticed it can become sluggish. Additionally, the offline editing capabilities are quite limited and do not match the more robust features found in traditional desktop applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Traditional design tools like Adobe XD and Sketch are limited to single-user workflows, lacking real-time collaboration. In contrast, Figma enables multiple users to work together on the same file at the same time, much like Google Docs.

2. The handoff between design and development used to be a bottleneck, with developers often having trouble accessing accurate specifications and assets. Figma addresses this by providing developer inspection tools, downloadable assets, and code snippets directly from the design interface.

3. Many design tools were previously restricted to desktop applications or specific operating systems, such as macOS. Figma, being browser-based, is accessible across all major platforms, including Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chromebook.

4. Design systems were often fragmented, with teams using inconsistent components and styles. Figma helps maintain consistency by supporting shared libraries, reusable components, and design tokens.

5. Version control was a common headache for designers, who frequently dealt with confusing file names like "final_final_v3.sketch." Figma simplifies this with built-in version history and autosave, eliminating the need for manual file management.

6. Gathering feedback used to require sharing screenshots or exported files. Figma streamlines this process by allowing in-context commenting directly on the design itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duda?

Duda is an excellent no-code platform that allows you to build a website fast and with ease. The platform is always evolving and new features keep being added several times per month.

I'd like to highlight Duda's support team, which is always responsive and often resolves issues within a day.

There are a lot of features and additional app integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform offers quick and easy website development, automated billing, third-party service integration, and AI features. “Secure, Behind-the-Firewall App Building for Regulated Industries”
What do you like best about App Builder?

At our company, we appreciated the same powerful WYSIWYG drag-and-drop interface and pixel-perfect code output (Angular, Blazor, React, Web Components) as the cloud version but fully behind our firewall. It comes with more than 65 UI components, starter templates, routing and Figma integration and instant previews all hosted securely on our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about App Builder?

What problems is App Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves strict enterprise compliance and data sovereignty concerns by keeping app designs and data completely internal. This makes it ideal for regulated industries like healthcare, finance, public sector where design/assets must never traverse the internet. We're now designing UI flows and generating production-ready code without exposing sensitive IP or using SaaS. What problems is The.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

TR
“WordPress.com: Simplicity and reliability for creating a professional website”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

WordPress.com offers a very stable and extremely easy-to-use environment, even for someone without technical skills. The interface is clear, the options are well organized, and the whole setup allows for creating a professional site in very little time. What I particularly appreciate is the peace of mind associated with managed hosting: automatic updates, enhanced security, backups — everything is taken care of. This allows me to focus on content, SEO, and strategy, rather than technical maintenance. The theme system is extensive enough to meet the needs of most freelancers, coaches, or small businesses. The block editor (Gutenberg) has really matured: you can now build clean, modular, and coherent pages without resorting to an external builder, even though many extensions like Divi or Elementor are extremely appreciated. For users who want to publish regularly, the platform is smooth, stable, and pleasant on a daily basis, very reliable and useful for small sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Even though WordPress.com has evolved a lot, some limitations persist. The customization possibilities remain less advanced than on Webflow in terms of design, which can frustrate some users who want a completely custom design. Moreover, the reliance on certain paid plans to unlock relatively basic features (such as installing third-party plugins or certain technical optimizations) can be surprising when comparing the .com version to other more open CMS. Costs can rise quickly as soon as you try to step outside the standard framework. Finally, the ecosystem remains somewhat closed: you have to accept the technical choices imposed by the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

WordPress.com perfectly meets the needs of entrepreneurs and SMEs who want a reliable, professional, and easy-to-manage site, without going through a developer or worrying about security or maintenance.

On my side, the platform allows me to offer quick solutions to my clients when they want a functional, secure, and ready-to-publish site in just a few days. It also facilitates content production: the back-office is intuitive, blog management is very smooth, and SEO options are accessible even for beginner users.

The fact that everything is integrated — hosting, security, updates, optimization — makes it a very reassuring tool for businesses that want to focus on their activity rather than on the technical aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Versatile Platform, But Add-On Costs Could Improve”
What do you like best about Wix Studio?

I like Wix Studio because it's an all-in-one platform, which is super helpful for me as a solopreneur and a neurodivergent person. Having everything in one place reduces work sprawl and tech stack issues for me. It's like, having one app to rule them all makes everything better. I appreciate that it partners with payment solutions that work in South Africa, offering a range of options there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix Studio?

I don't like their payment plan and add-on payment plans. They could be better. The minimum you get with your website, like the email marketing, seems low compared to other places like GoDaddy. The number of free emails you get just with your website is really low compared to other competitors. I also found the initial setup not that easy; there was a learning curve, especially when I added a business email. It was too much of a pain, so I abandoned using the Google Workplace with Wix completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Effortless Design-to-Live Websites Conversion”
What do you like best about Framer?

I like how Framer has presented the articles, libraries, components, templates, and all the knowledge about the platform. It's very well documented and well placed within the environment, which I really appreciate. The most important part for me is the components of the framework. Framer's open library allows me to tweak components as per my requirements, which is really helpful. It also lets me easily tweak templates to create live websites. I find the learning curve with Framer much easier than with other design tools. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me because it has a similar interface to Figma, which I'm familiar with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Framer?

Basically, maybe the complexity of the interface is something that can be improved. And also yeah. I mean, the complexity of the interface, that is something which needs a little bit of work. But other than that, it looks good for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Better than I expected!”
What do you like best about Ycode?

For me, it's the best option between WordPress and Webflow. It fits perfectly in my case: I don’t want to use WordPress, but I also don’t need to pay Webflow’s pricing. It's an excellent builder with great templates! On top of that, the site performance is impressive—especially considering the number of animations I tested.

For my company, it has become our main website builder!

The community is also a huge plus at this early stage. It's great to keep up with updates and see that they’re genuinely focused on improving and staying current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ycode?

There could definitely be more templates in the library (it’s still quite behind Webflow in that regard). Also, the only thing that took me a bit longer to get used to was some of the UX interactions during the building process. A lot of things are done differently compared to most builders—not drastically, but just enough to slow you down a bit until you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ycode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ycode solves the need for a powerful website builder without the complexity of WordPress or the higher cost of Webflow. Their Mini plan was a big differentiator—it gave me the chance to fully test the platform. The builder is fast, handles animations really well, and has quickly become our go-to tool. The active community and ongoing updates are also great to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claritee?

Claritee.io is a breath of fresh air in the world of wireframing! As a product manager, I've tried countless tools, but Claritee.io's intuitive interface and collaborative features make it a dream to use. It's incredibly easy to whip up a wireframe and get feedback from stakeholders in real-time. The pre-built templates and components save so much time, and the ability to export to code is a game-changer for my developers. I can't recommend Claritee.io enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritee?

Nothing tho dislike. Keeps evolving and improving with new usecases and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claritee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claritee.io addresses several pain points in the wireframing process, making it a valuable tool for product managers and teams:

Streamlined Collaboration: Claritee.io fosters seamless collaboration with real-time feedback and commenting features. This eliminates the need for lengthy email chains or meetings, allowing stakeholders to provide input directly on the wireframe, accelerating the design process.

Intuitive Interface and Time-Saving Features: The user-friendly interface, pre-built templates, and components enable rapid wireframe creation. This saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent on manual design or learning complex software.

Code Export for Developer Handoff: The ability to export wireframes as code significantly improves communication between product managers and developers. It ensures that the final product accurately reflects the wireframe's design, reducing errors and misunderstandings.

These benefits translate to a more efficient and effective wireframing process, ultimately leading to better product outcomes. For product managers, Claritee.io helps streamline communication, save time, and bridge the gap between design and development. For teams, it fosters collaboration and alignment around a shared vision, resulting in a smoother product development cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Reliable Blend of Visual Layout Tools and Hands-on Coding.”
What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?

If you want to quickly mock up layout, the design view makes it easy to adjust elements without manually writing every line. When I need precision, I can switch to the code panel and fine-tune everything with syntax highlighting and auto-complete. The real-time preview is especially useful-I can test how a page responds without constantly refreshing in a separate browser. It's a smooth workspace for small websites, landing pages, or updating legacy projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?

Some parts of the interface feel older compared to modern editors. The application can be heavy when working with multiple files, especially on mid-range machines. The design view doesn't always handle newer frameworks perfectly, so for React/Vue/Modern setups you still rely almost entirely on code.
