“A perfect tool for visual collaboration and teamwork”
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like most about Miro is how easy it is to collaborate with others in real time. It is a very visual tool that allows organizing ideas, processes, and projects in a quite intuitive way. I use it a lot for brainstorming sessions, workshops, and project planning, and I have always found it very useful to have all the information in a single shared space. Additionally, the number of available templates helps to start working quickly without having to build everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

What I like least is that some boards can become difficult to manage when they contain a lot of information or when many people are participating at the same time. I have also noticed that some more advanced features require a small adaptation period and that some interesting options are only available in higher plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro helps to centralize visual collaboration, something especially useful when teams work remotely or are spread across different locations. In my case, it allows me to organize ideas, document processes, and conduct collaborative work dynamics without the need to use several different tools. This makes meetings more productive and ensures that information is better structured and accessible to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Best webdesign building platform”
What do you like best about Webflow?

Over the last few years, Webflow has continued to evolve and improve significantly. The addition of Webflow Apps, Logic, Memberships, improved CMS capabilities, and better collaboration features has made the platform even more powerful. As an agency that has been using Webflow since 2014, we appreciate how the platform constantly releases meaningful updates that help us build better websites and deliver more value to our clients.

The visual designer remains the best in the industry, allowing us to create highly customized websites without sacrificing performance or code quality. The hosting, security, and scalability are also major advantages compared to traditional website builders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

While Webflow has improved a lot, there are still some limitations when compared to fully custom development. Certain advanced functionalities still require third-party tools or custom code. We also miss some legacy features and workflows that existed years ago and were removed or changed over time.

Pricing can become expensive when managing multiple projects, especially for agencies and growing businesses. Additionally, some newer features have a learning curve before teams can fully take advantage of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need developers on the team to build websites and landing pages for our clients, and we are 7x faster developing any project than any other company in our market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Figma’s Fast, Clean Interface with Auto Layout and AI That Save Hours”
What do you like best about Figma?

The absolute best thing about Figma is the perfect balance between a clean interface and incredible speed. When you spend all day inside a design tool, performance is everything. Even if I am working on massive projects with hundreds of frames and thousands of components, the canvas never slows down. It stays completely smooth and responsive, which keeps me focused.

From a purely functional standpoint, features like Auto Layout are a lifesaver. Instead of wasting hours every single week manually moving pixels around and adjusting buttons for different screen sizes, the software uses smart spacing intelligence to handle that for me. Lately, the new AI tools have made a huge difference too. Features that handle instant layer renaming or generate quick placeholder copy remove the boring, repetitive parts of my day. The software genuinely feels like an intelligent partner that understands what I am trying to build, rather than just a static, blank screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Figma?

If I have to pick something I dislike, the pricing structure can be tricky to manage as your team gets bigger. It is incredibly easy for a free stakeholder or client to accidentally click the wrong button and become a paid editor. If you are not watching your billing page closely, you can get hit with a surprise invoice at the end of the month. You really have to stay on top of user permissions to ensure a strong ROI. Also, while the integrations with big platforms like Jira or Slack are solid, moving designs into more specialized animation software can sometimes feel clunky. You end up relying heavily on community made plugins to transfer files back and forth. When the core software gets updated, those plugins occasionally break. It is not a deal breaker, but having more native bridges to outside tools would save us a few extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Figma, our design process was completely fragmented. We were constantly saving different versions of the same file, emailing heavy PDFs back and forth, and losing track of client comments across different chat apps. Figma completely solved this by giving us a single, live link where design work, prototyping, and developer handoff all happen together. It serves as our absolute source of truth.

The onboarding process is also incredibly smooth. Because the community templates and documentation are so massive, new team members or clients can jump right into a file and understand the project layout almost immediately without needing a formal training session. The financial return on investment is clear because it eliminates almost all communication friction. We can gather real-time feedback and hand off clean files to our engineering team significantly faster than we used to. That efficiency alone saves our business dozens of billable hours on every single project lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucid Makes Complex Customer Service Workflows Easy to Document and Standardize”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

Based on how I am using Lucid, it has become a valuable tool for documenting and standardizing our customer service processes. I use Lucid to build detailed conversation and workflow diagrams for our customer service team, including customer intake procedures, project qualification steps, call scripts, decision trees, escalation paths, and lead handoff processes. For example, I created a comprehensive landscaping and hardscape project intake flow that guides representatives through customer identification, project qualification, discovery questions, lead creation, scheduling expectations, and cross-selling opportunities. Having these workflows visualized in a single diagram helps ensure consistency across the team, improves training for new employees, and makes it easier to identify opportunities for process improvement.

One of the things I appreciate most about Lucid is how easy it is to use, even for complex workflows. The drag-and-drop interface made it simple to build decision trees, connect process steps, color-code sections, and organize large amounts of information into a clear visual format. I was able to quickly create professional-looking flowcharts without needing any specialized design experience. As workflows evolved, updating the diagrams was straightforward, allowing me to continuously refine our customer service procedures while keeping documentation organized and accessible for the entire team.

I also appreciate that Lucid is affordable. I do not have a large budget at work, and Lucid works perfectly for what I need at a reasonable monthly cost. I also find Lucid’s informational emails helpful because they highlight platform features and tools I may not have known were available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

One area where I think Lucid could be improved is navigation within larger workflows. Currently, using the mouse scroll wheel primarily zooms in and out, which can make it cumbersome to move through large diagrams from top to bottom or side to side. It would be helpful to have an easier way to scroll around the canvas without relying on the scroll bars, especially when working with lengthy process flows. A more intuitive navigation option would make reviewing and editing large diagrams faster and more efficient. Maybe that feature is there and I just have not found it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a manager, Lucid helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in leading a team: ensuring everyone follows the same process and delivers a consistent customer experience. By documenting customer service workflows, call scripts, decision trees, and lead-handling procedures in a visual format, I can clearly communicate expectations and reduce confusion about what steps should be taken in different situations. Instead of relying on verbal instructions or scattered notes, team members have a centralized resource they can reference at any time.

Lucid also helps with training, accountability, and continuous improvement. New employees can quickly understand complex processes by following visual workflows, which shortens onboarding time and increases confidence. Existing team members can use the diagrams as a reference to stay aligned with current procedures, helping reduce mistakes and inconsistencies. As our processes evolve, I can easily update the diagrams and ensure the entire team is working from the same playbook, which improves efficiency, customer experience, and overall operational consistency. “Simplifies Blogging with Ease, Despite Some Hiccups”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I love WordPress.com for how it makes my work super easy, especially with its templates and plugins. It's great because I don't need any coding knowledge to start working on it, making it accessible even to people from different sectors. The platform also gives me full control over my website, preserving ownership while being easy to manage. I find the exporting feature in .wpress format incredibly useful for migration, as it saves both time and human effort. This feature allows me to create easy backups and seamlessly migrate my site using wp-admin without needing complex knowledge of cPanel or Plesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Some plugins need to be free, like the WordPress All In 1 plugin, which only allows very small file sizes to import. It's possible to increase the size limit, but for someone without a technical background, it's a worry since paid plugins are costly. This was a problem I personally faced and wasted a lot of time figuring out how to increase it locally and then online. Once you know, it's easy, but for new users, it's complex. Also, as we add more features, the site becomes slow, which should be improved. The initial setup was hard for me because I was unsure whether to use XAMPP or WP Local official software. My XAMPP kept running SQL and Apache, and Local blocked ports, making it complex to decide. A step-by-step tutorial according to user experience would be helpful. The initial setup seems a little hard initially, and increasing the size limit to import the .wpress file can be troublesome, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use WordPress.com for its ease of use with templates and plugins, allowing even non-tech people to create sites without coding knowledge. It saves time with features like .wpress export for easy backups and migrations, and maintains full website control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Straightforward Updates, Clean Interface, and Reliable Performance with Duda”
What do you like best about Duda?

We've used Duda on several website projects where design updates continued well after the initial launch. What I like most is that making layout and content adjustments feels straightforward, which helps keep projects moving without turning small revisions into lengthy tasks.

A large part of my work involves reviewing page layouts, content placement, and overall user experience before changes go live. Duda makes that process easier because the interface is clean and easy to understand. Checking responsive layouts across different screen sizes is quick, and making updates doesn't require jumping between multiple tools. We've also connected analytics and marketing platforms without much setup work. Performance has been reliable, even on pages with heavier visual content. New team members generally get comfortable with the platform quickly, and support has been helpful whenever we've needed clarification on specific features. For the amount of time it saves during revisions and routine updates, it has delivered solid value for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

There are times when I would like more flexibility for highly customized design interactions. The platform covers most day-to-day needs well, but achieving very specific visual behaviors can occasionally require extra work. I would also welcome more advanced design organization options for larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Duda, implementing design feedback often required more back-and-forth between team members, especially when updates needed to be reviewed across multiple devices. Duda simplified that process by making edits easier to preview, review, and publish. As a result, revision cycles are shorter, design consistency is easier to maintain, and projects spend less time waiting on minor updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Framer?

Framer is a designer's dream. I can create any webpage exactly how I want it without needing a pro developer, which is perfect for someone like me who is a designer and a writer. I love how easily Framer connects to many tools I use, and I can even embed our own solution onto my website without any problems. It's a next-generation, top-notch CMS, and the way I can easily take stuff from Figma and paste it into Framer is really awesome. The platform is also easy to use and quick to develop for small teams, making it ideal for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Framer?

Framer's pricing seems to scale quite quickly and is somewhat unclear. I also wish Framer had a Windows app because it would be a faster way to work on my site. Framer can feel a bit slow sometimes, and occasionally the view jumps around, making my designs mysteriously go out of focus. This can be a bit annoying, especially since I have a wide screen. “Create High-End, Client-Ready Websites in Hours”
What do you like best about solidpixels.?

What I value most is how quickly I can create a functional, high-end website. Often, even before presenting a formal proposal, I can already show the client what their new site could look like, how their brand can be applied, or how their current underperforming website can be turned into a functional, modern design – within a matter of hours.

I also appreciate the transparent pricing and excellent support. It is immediately clear how much everything costs, and if something is not clear, I can quickly sort it out with support — just like various issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about solidpixels.?

Sometimes I run into the limits of what can and cannot be styled. I understand that this is meant to optimize the platform and reduce the number of ways users can break a website. But in those cases, I have to bend the predefined elements in the code editor quite a lot and hope it will work. With each new version, however, the environment and features are becoming more and more refined and optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is solidpixels. solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a designer, it allows me to work independently of developers and programmers and immediately build a functional presentation across devices. “Website design made simple.”
What do you like best about Wix?

Wix enables business owners, organisations, and other individuals irrespective of their experience with website design to create websites for their business and various other projects. Designing the website is simple. And the wix website design tool enables one to customise, update, and upgrade, the website at any point in the design process using an owner application tool which is available for most devices. This gives the developer full access and control of their website. Additional features such as payment portals, enables business owners to utilise just this one application for a multitude of essential daily functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix?

It is a challenge to get into contact with customer support in the event that it is required, making challenges more difficult to resolve. I feel that the company could provide more personalized customer service that is more readily available. Additionally, I find it challenging to access my account on the web due to the 2step verification process being a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wix is enabling me to market my business on an exponentially larger scale,as well as to make it possible to liaise more closely with customers, giving me a better idea of the kind service customers require. This has increased customer satisfaction greatly, and I have also gained new customers.

“Simple, Fast Diagramming for Clear Flowcharts and System Diagrams”
What do you like best about Whimsical?

I like how fast and simple it is. You can open it and start making a flowchart or wireframe in seconds. No setup, no confusion. The interface is clean and doesn’t feel heavy.

It’s really good for process flows. I use it when I need to explain how something works step by step. The diagrams look neat without putting in too much effort. Alignment and connectors are easy, so things don’t look messy.

Also, sharing with others is simple. Just send a link and people can view or edit. For quick collaboration, it works well.

For straightforward diagrams, it does exactly what you need without distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

Basically great for simple visuals, but not ideal for large cross-team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps turn discussions into visuals quickly. When we talk about processes or system flows, people often understand differently. Drawing it out in Whimsical clears things up fast.

I use it during planning talks to map steps and decisions. It helps the team see the full picture instead of just hearing it.

It’s also helpful for sharing knowledge. A diagram is easier for someone new to understand than reading long notes.

So the main benefit is clarity and saving time on explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The Website Builder That Transformed My Workflow”
What do you like best about Elementor?

What I like best about Elementor is how it combines flexibility, speed, and ease of use without limiting what I can create. I regularly use the Theme Builder, Container system, Global Styles, Loop Grids, Dynamic Content, and Form Builder across both client projects and my own websites.

The drag-and-drop interface allows me to build complex layouts visually, which saves me many hours every week compared to traditional development methods.

One of the biggest improvements to my workflow is being able to create reusable templates and global design systems that keep large websites consistent while making updates much faster.

An unexpected benefit has been how easy it is to train clients to manage their own content after launch, reducing support requests and increasing their confidence.

Elementor has also helped me prototype ideas quickly, test designs with clients, and move from concept to completed website significantly faster than many other website-building solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elementor?

While Elementor is my preferred website builder, there are a few areas where I would like to see improvements.

Performance has improved significantly over the years, but complex websites can still require careful optimisation to achieve the best page speed results. I would also like more consistency between older widgets and newer features, as some settings and workflows can feel different depending on which tools are being used.

Occasionally, major updates require extra testing to ensure compatibility with third-party plugins and custom code. As someone who builds a wide range of websites, I would welcome even deeper accessibility controls and more advanced design system features built directly into the platform.

Despite these points, none of them outweigh the benefits Elementor provides. It remains one of the most productive and flexible tools I have used for building professional WordPress websites efficiently and at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Elementor solves one of the biggest challenges in website development: the gap between design, development, and content management. Before using Elementor, creating custom layouts often required significant coding, multiple plugins, or lengthy back-and-forth communication with clients.

Elementor allows me to visually build complex, responsive websites while maintaining professional standards and reducing development time. Features such as Theme Builder, Dynamic Content, Global Styles, and reusable templates help me create consistent websites much faster than traditional workflows.

This enables me to complete projects more efficiently, take on more client work, and spend less time on repetitive tasks.

It also solves the problem of client handover, as website owners can confidently update content themselves without needing technical knowledge.

The result is faster project delivery, reduced maintenance overhead, improved client satisfaction, and a more scalable web design business overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential All-in-One Tool for Streamlined Website Planning”
What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp has saved our company so much time planning websites for our clients. Before, we used separate tools for outlining the sitemap, drafting content, and creating low-fidelity wireframes. Flowmapp brings all of these phase one planning activities under one roof. Having a sharable link to provide to clients and circulate internally ensures that everyone has visibility into our work in progress and allows us to get buy in from our cross-functional team as well as any key stakeholders. The quoting feature is useful in creating proposals before work begins. We're still implementing this into our workflow, but it's quickly becoming an essential part of creating websites for our clients. Customer service is highly responsive and it's clear the team is receptive to feedback. This product is being refined and improved on a daily basis, and it's clear that the team behind it are passionate about building the best solution they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp is missing some functionality that would benefit our team, but customer service has been very receptive to our feature requests. The team is invested in continuous improvement, so any bugs are likely to be resolved in short order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowmapp helps to facilitate the handoff from website scoping and planning to high-fidelity design and component-based development. It improves our team and client communication, consolidates our tech stack, and allows our team to work in a more agile way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Claritee.io is a breath of fresh air in the world of wireframing”
What do you like best about Claritee?

Claritee.io is a breath of fresh air in the world of wireframing! As a product manager, I've tried countless tools, but Claritee.io's intuitive interface and collaborative features make it a dream to use. It's incredibly easy to whip up a wireframe and get feedback from stakeholders in real-time. The pre-built templates and components save so much time, and the ability to export to code is a game-changer for my developers. I can't recommend Claritee.io enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritee?

Nothing tho dislike. Keeps evolving and improving with new usecases and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claritee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claritee.io addresses several pain points in the wireframing process, making it a valuable tool for product managers and teams:

Streamlined Collaboration: Claritee.io fosters seamless collaboration with real-time feedback and commenting features. This eliminates the need for lengthy email chains or meetings, allowing stakeholders to provide input directly on the wireframe, accelerating the design process.

Intuitive Interface and Time-Saving Features: The user-friendly interface, pre-built templates, and components enable rapid wireframe creation. This saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent on manual design or learning complex software.

Code Export for Developer Handoff: The ability to export wireframes as code significantly improves communication between product managers and developers. It ensures that the final product accurately reflects the wireframe's design, reducing errors and misunderstandings.

These benefits translate to a more efficient and effective wireframing process, ultimately leading to better product outcomes. For product managers, Claritee.io helps streamline communication, save time, and bridge the gap between design and development. For teams, it fosters collaboration and alignment around a shared vision, resulting in a smoother product development cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
