I'm a Freelancer. Before Superhuman - I would manage multiple email addresses, and multiple projects in different places. Now, they are all in ONE window, with sorted tabs. My project management is much stronger, as I can focus on one tab at a time, check in, set reminders for myself, send calendar invitations... all in one place. The only thing i found frustrating about 1min.ai is that the memory system it has works, but it takes credits each time you want to use it. There is a switch for it in the chat window, where you can add whatever information you want the models to remember, and when you activate the switch this will be used for this chat.

The deduplication validation completely failed on us, corrupting our entire A–H contact range with massive duplicates and inexplicably wiping out core fields like "Lifecycle Stage." It is impossible to manage legal compliance when the database itself is destroying user records.

Reckless Infrastructure Setup: Their team incorrectly configured our initial email campaigns directly on our primary root domain rather than a dedicated marketing subdomain. This dangerous setup recklessly exposed our core company email infrastructure to potential spam blacklisting.
