Sadly, the full value of PerfectIt isn't available to Mac users, as its robust customization features don't work on Macs. The tool also tends to hang up/spin/crash, meaning standard scans can take far longer than they should. And there are some weird glitches, like it stopping on things like "Mr." (with the period) to inform you that "Mr." takes a period in American English. Despite the frustration that accompanies those drawbacks, I wouldn't think of canceling my subscription. The main thing I dislike about Gemini is that sometimes the answers are not accurate or it does not understand the context properly, especially for complex questions. I also feel there are some restrictions on image generation, and sometimes you cannot generate as many images as you want or have to wait before using it again. This can be frustrating when you are working on something and need multiple images.

The UI is good overall, but some features are not very easy to find. Performance is mostly good, but sometimes it takes time to respond, especially while generating images or using advanced features.

Catastrophic Data Corruption: To make the compliance issues worse, the platform's data integrity is broken. The deduplication validation completely failed on us, corrupting our entire A–H contact range with massive duplicates and inexplicably wiping out core fields like "Lifecycle Stage." It is impossible to manage legal compliance when the database itself is destroying user records.

Reckless Infrastructure Setup: Their team incorrectly configured our initial email campaigns directly on our primary root domain rather than a dedicated marketing subdomain. This dangerous setup recklessly exposed our core company email infrastructure to potential spam blacklisting.
