2. The onboarding was great. I had a very knowledgable, local salesperson walk me through the basics and then there was an account manager that went more in-depth with me. Their support is great. (I don't mean support when things go wrong. I haven't encountered that yet. I mean help in learning to use Adaptify.)

3. It's a platform focused on content and backlinks. It does NOT attempt to be all things to all people. It just does what it does well (which also made it easier to learn).

There’s a slight learning curve when first exploring all the features, simply because Adaptify SEO offers so much functionality. We have been working on an advanced SEO plan to offer our clients that would include blog writing, but the cost has always been too high to be practical for our lower end businesses. Adaptify makes blog writing affordable, automated, and practical. We are now able to offer smaller websites 10-20 blogs per month at a cost that would not have been possible previously. When we first setup our account we had several billing issues, but Adaptify's customer support was able to hop on a call and get the issue fixed. These guys are at the cutting edge when it comes to AI-enabled SEO. On top of that, the team is great to work with, with the support handled by a live person, while their product handles the heavy lifting with custom AI that does not sound robotic. I can't really pinpoint anything I dislike about them. There are a few tuning features I'd like to see on customizing PR pitches, but these guys are constantly releasing updates and I would not be surprised if this aspect of the product has already been addressed. I wish the Webflow version had schema markup capabilities. This is something I'm hopeful they will add in the future as it would greatly enhance functionality. Moreover, I would like more AI Reporting features to be integrated as they become available, allowing for advanced functionalities that can improve the tool's capabilities. Being able to edit existing articles would be a useful addition. Additionally, I find some of the tables on Webflow to be a bit plain in appearance, which I think is more of a design issue inherent to Webflow as opposed to the functionality of Adaptify, because our WordPress posts look perfect. I truly appreciate the ease of use and platform stability of Adaptify SEO, which were major factors in my decision to choose this service. The customer support has been consistently pleasant to work with, making my overall experience much more enjoyable.
