I really like the tracking and analytical reporting features of Adaptify SEO. It's one of the few tools I've found that lets you track clicks, not just impressions and search visibility. I love how it connects to Google Search Console and allows tracking of specific activities related to impressions, clicks, and even attribution if using a third-party lead tracking tool. I'm still pretty early into using Adaptify SEO, so it's hard to pinpoint a lot of dislikes. However, I think the content tool could be improved by offering more flexibility around the images it picks for writing articles. It's a great platform, very impressed with how well it integrates into Webflow. It approaches SEO from the right perspective, in my opinion. Also- really excited about the backlink prospecting tool. There are a few areas where I would like to see improvements, but that's the story of every SaaS product- I'm sure they will continue to build on top of what they have and consider my feedback. Not enough customization, I would like to bring my own API keys for Google Nano Banana and use them in this app- the image gen model they are using makes too many mistakes for my liking. Also, would be great to be able to bring my own API keys for Claude or Gemini. Wish there was more customization in bringing the brand kit for each website and more fine-details. Adaptify SEO makes it feel effortless to manage keyword research, content creation, rank tracking, and overall performance. I love how easy it is to implement and integrate into existing workflows, how often it becomes part of daily SEO work, and how responsive the customer support is when questions come up. I like that Adaptify SEO automatically handles the outreach for backlink building. It reaches out to relevant platforms for guest posts or link placements that are actually beneficial for my business or my client's business. I have the ability to check the links and request replacements if they're not up to par, which gives me control over the link placements without having to actively participate in the process. Additionally, I appreciate how the blog post creation feature works. It generates blog posts based on my website's current keywords, incorporates images, and can even auto-post. The UI is a little bit confusing. Some things are kind of nested in other things, and you have to kind of click through to find them. It's not super complicated, but just as a beginner, you do have to kind of search for a few different features. With the UI, some components are a little bit stuck on certain pages, and even though it's fully visible, it looks like a UI glitch. But it's very minor. The domain connection, setting up the subdomain for the white label reporting does take some time. I wish that was a little bit faster and there's a little bit more of a readily check for that because it does take time, and you don't know if it's actually configured properly or if there's some issue until it finally propagates. 2. The onboarding was great. I had a very knowledgable, local salesperson walk me through the basics and then there was an account manager that went more in-depth with me. Their support is great. (I don't mean support when things go wrong. I haven't encountered that yet. I mean help in learning to use Adaptify.)

3. It's a platform focused on content and backlinks. It does NOT attempt to be all things to all people. It just does what it does well (which also made it easier to learn).

Additionally, the learning curve can be steep when first exploring all the features, and there’s limited visibility into how certain automated actions—such as backlink placements—are carried out. There’s a slight learning curve when first exploring all the features, simply because Adaptify SEO offers so much functionality. Adaptify makes blog writing affordable, automated, and practical. We are now able to offer smaller websites 10-20 blogs per month at a cost that would not have been possible previously. When we first setup our account we had several billing issues, but Adaptify's customer support was able to hop on a call and get the issue fixed.
