"Affordable Cloud Storage with Strong Zoho Integration and Useful AI Features"

What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

Good price relative to many business cloud storage tools. Strong integration with other Zoho app ecosystem. It has got useful collaboration tools like shared team folders, version history etc. Has got AI features (via “Zia”) like summarising long documents, transcribing audio/video etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho can in theory see unencrypted data so major privacy, security concerns. Syncing across devices is a bit slow. Limited file uploading. Too many features can make the user overwhelming. Implementation can be an issue as the number of versions stored can take up storage so versioning strategy might not be flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
