Sometimes I want to work on a project before it moves up to management. If you have a good relationship with the Admin then you can request access be simplified, but sometimes that order comes from above and there's nothing you can do but have those eyes over your shoulder. Since I'm managing Sales and Marketing, I will be making this portion of the document. Others from my team have been assigned tasks to create their own training documents based on their departments. It includes everything from phone tree and extensions to a complete work diagram of who reports to who. It also includes complete job descriptions and expectations of employees. This is an important project now more than ever because of Covid-19 and the following variants.
