"Customizable and Cost-Effective Practice Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda for scheduling appointments and keeping records in my chiropractic practice, and soon I'll be using it for digital intake forms too. The customizability of Zanda is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to streamline my patient management processes without spending time on features I don't need. It gives me the option to choose from many different templates or to create forms and notes exactly how I want them. This flexibility helps free up time in my day so that I can help more people. Previously, I found other chiropractic software to be too bloated, requiring payment for features I would never use. Zanda lets me customize everything to fit my practice while being more affordable. The setup was pretty easy, with support from someone at Zanda to help me acclimate and import my clients from Pure Chiro Notes. Overall, Zanda offers many features, and I don't feel like I'm paying for features I don't use. I also use the online scheduling feature and may explore sms and email features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I'm not really sure what doesn't work well for me. Zanda is meeting all my needs currently. I might be interested in using the sms or email feature, but I haven't taken the time to figure that out yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zanda allows me to customize my chiropractic practice management, solving issues with other bloated software. It's customizable, affordable, and saves me time and money, enabling me to streamline processes and help more patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Vernon,

Thank you for updating your review. It’s wonderful to hear that Zanda continues to meet the needs of your chiropractic practice.

We’re especially pleased that you value the flexibility to configure your forms, notes, and workflows around the way you work. Knowing this helps you avoid unnecessary complexity, save time, and focus on helping more patients is exactly the kind of impact we hope to make.

It’s also great to hear that your setup and client import from Pure Chiro Notes went smoothly, and that you’re already making use of online scheduling. We hope digital intake forms will make collecting patient information even easier when you’re ready to introduce them.

When you decide to explore SMS or email communication, our Support Team will be happy to help you get started. You can reach them at support@zandahealth.com.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and continuing to trust Zanda with your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Worst Customer service EVER"

0/5

What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Functionailty (when it works)

The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done.

If only they'd operate ethically - putting the prices up without notifying their ustomers then blaming the customer for turning off their ridiculous 3 million emails a week two years prior for not receiving the email update and thus not being aware.

This is after being told they don't send important notices via email, they will come via the Facebook group or the software.

The support and 'customer service' in this software is rubbish.

If you're looking to get a new clinic software, avoid this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notes, appointments and automated booking, and technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
