What do you like best about Zaapi?

Zaapi has been a game-changer for our customer service team. More than providing a top-notch AI solution, they worked closely with us to develop a strategy tailored to our specific needs. The platform is remarkably intuitive and was far easier to deploy than other CS tools we’ve used in the past.

We were able to connect our Social Media, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores without any issues. They also have a live chat widget that's also easy to implement!

Most importantly, Zaapi made AI adoption seamless for our team. The functionality is so effective that on average, we are now resolving over 30% of our inquiries without human intervention. This efficiency has allowed us to scale our support without the need for additional headcount, delivering both significant cost savings and a better experience for our customers. What do you dislike about Zaapi?

They know this already, but email support is the only missing link to have a complete all-in-one platform. I've been told that this is rolling out in a few weeks from the time of writing this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Support and Perfect Integration with Marketplaces"
What do you like best about Zaapi?

I use Zaapi to integrate marketplace chats and I like their support and the AI tools and details. They allow me to train the AI in my own way, talking about specific situations for responses, sending websites and PDFs with what it needs to know. The initial setup was during the 7-day free trial, where I configured the AI, tested everything, and liked it. What do you like best about Zaapi?

I like that Zaapi is easy to use and set up, making the initial setup process very simple. I appreciate the omni chat consolidation and AI chat replies feature, which helps me see all my platforms in one view and effectively replies to chats as a first cut.
