**What do you like best about Zaapi?**

Zaapi has significantly improved our order management and customer communication workflow. **What do you like best about Zaapi?**

It helps consolidate every channel, making teamwork highly convenient. Now that it can even connect with overseas Shopee stores, our workflow is smoother than ever. Plus, it provides detailed, real-time data, making it much easier for the team to verify information.

**What do you dislike about Zaapi?**

Nothing at the moment. I feel that Zaapi is constantly improving and always introducing new features to explore.

**What problems is Zaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It consolidates all scattered chats into a single dashboard, making it much more convenient to respond to customers without having to toggle between multiple screens or platforms. Additionally, it provides updated data and a built-in translation assistant, enabling our team to communicate with international customers effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Zaapi?**

I’ve been a Customer Experience Rep for a number of years and have used a bunch of tools like Zendesk, Gorgias and Sleekflow over the years. While I suppose they all have their strengths and weaknesses, I’ve really loved the user experience of Zaapi the best, which is very smooth and intuitive. It comes with all the features that I value as a CX rep including Quick Replies, CRM integration (Shopify in this case), case notes, internal collaboration tools, filtered inboxes, a nice mobile app etc… so I really couldn’t ask for more. Would warmly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Zaapi?**

Nothing major to dislike at the moment, as I believe more features and integration will be introduced over time.

**What problems is Zaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CX Rep, which involves both support and sales, I need to field new enquiries all day from a number of different channels as well as send follow-ups to clients for both aftersales and pre-sales. Doing that in email, WhatsApp etc… directly can get really confusing, but with Zaapi I’ve got everything well-organised in one place, which makes my job infinitely easier.

**What do you like best about Zaapi?**

Zaapi has been a game-changer for our customer service team. More than providing a top-notch AI solution, they worked closely with us to develop a strategy tailored to our specific needs. The platform is remarkably intuitive and was far easier to deploy than other CS tools we’ve used in the past.

We were able to connect our Social Media, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores without any issues. They also have a live chat widget that's also easy to implement!

Most importantly, Zaapi made AI adoption seamless for our team. The functionality is so effective that on average, we are now resolving over 30% of our inquiries without human intervention. This efficiency has allowed us to scale our support without the need for additional headcount, delivering both significant cost savings and a better experience for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Zaapi?**

They know this already, but email support is the only missing link to have a complete all-in-one platform. I've been told that this is rolling out in a few weeks from the time of writing this

Zaapi is solving the challenge of maintaining high-quality customer support while managing costs. It removed the 'complexity barrier' that usually comes with implementing AI solutions

Zaapi has truly transformed our workflow thanks to its excellent UI/UX, which makes it simple for our team to handle high-volume chats efficiently. The integrations with Shopee, Lazada, and our social channels work seamlessly, giving us a unified experience that helps improve our overall performance. Pricing is reasonable. Onboarding is great and easy. AI feature is very useful.

Some features could use a little more improvement such as button in LINE app and creating flow to reply to Facebook ad with multiple images.

Zaapi centralises WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and live chat into one clean interface, which significantly improves team visibility and response time. The automation and flow builder are powerful yet intuitive, allowing us to create structured workflows for common queries (recommendations, order support, sizing). Assignment, tagging, and reporting features make it easy to manage workload across a growing team. Setup was straightforward, and the support team is responsive and solution-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Zaapi?**

Some areas (e.g., email attribution and edge-case routing logic) could benefit from clearer visibility and more granular controls. Minor UI refinements would further improve efficiency for high-volume teams,  but the team is very collaborative, and they're working on these as we speak.

**What problems is Zaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zaapi solves fragmentation across communication channels by unifying WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and live chat into one shared inbox—eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Its automation and flow builder reduce manual work on repetitive queries, while tagging, assignment, and reporting give us real-time clarity on workload and performance. This has improved response times, reduced operational friction, and allowed our team to scale support efficiently with fewer errors.

very easy to use zaapi combines all cats FB/IG/Shopee into one single inbox it saves so much time for our admin team no more switching apps and we never miss a customer message highly recommended for any e-commerce team

the pricing for adding extra admin seats is a bit high. Other than that everything is great

This system is a solution for companies with many stores. Because the program can combine the chats of various shops into one place. Importantly, there is AI that helps answer chats on behalf of humans well. You can also respond to reviews. The tools are convenient and not difficult to use. But it takes time to study the system. It's also good that the staff gives good advice. The system is constantly being improved.

I like Zaapi for its quick setup and user-friendly interface which make online selling simple and efficient. The integrated payments allow me to manage products, orders, and payments easily in one platform, saving time and helping me focus on growing the business. The centralized management is convenient, and the system's reliable performance is a big plus. I enjoy the easy sharing capabilities, smooth order flow, and the mobile-friendly experience. The platform's flexible product setup and stable system are great, while the helpful support and guidance are appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Zaapi?**

More advanced customization options for the storefront and reports would be helpful, as well as additional integrations with third party tools. Enhancing analytics features and offering more flexible settings as the business grows would make the platform even better.

I can’t sync it with my e-commerce platform, so I’m unable to summarize sales.

**What problems is Zaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have problems with human resources: I don’t have 24/7 staff for customer service or for handling sales from online platforms. Zaapi has helped me a lot in this area and has supported my brand’s growth.
