I work in a strategy team where I have to work cross-functionally. In a competitive era, no one was free to help a person on some project which did not fall in their KPIs. My personal relations helped me to get the first time help only but the rewards through XOXO gave small happiness to the other person and they were prompt in helping other people as well. The amount of XOXO points did not matter too much but it was the recognition (visible to other colleagues) and the gesture (of helping others) mattered.

My company has hired XOXO to use our reward points as money on their platform.
Thus enables us to use the points we have received from rewards and recognition points to spend as money on the XOXO platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
I liked the way how simple it is to integrate the xoxo platform into our company system, and when we started using it we liked the wide range of vouchers and services available for the purchase.
When I have faces issues while using the platform, I have reached out for their support team, who has understood my problem and ensured it was resolved ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
