I really like the fact that I can pay research respondents quickly and easily which is often what we need to do in our research business. The process of uploading a bulk list for payment is super efficient when we have quite a number of people to pay. When we need to pay just a handful the manual option works just as well. It’s easy to load funds or pay by card for transactions. I like that we can track payments to respondents as well. I like that you can customize campaigns so when we are sending specific incentives out we can adapt it to that project and add our logo and fonts etc. I like that we can look back at the history of our orders and that we assign POs for tracking purposes. I like that you can add people with different permissions levels. I like that there is an analytics feature. Even the fact that there is a tax feature is great for keeping our paperwork in order.

I think the best thing about Tremendous is the fact that it can connect to a wide range of API's which means we were able to connect it to our own platform and automatically send rewards to our members when they completed a certain tasks. Which in turn allowed our business to bump engagement up by quite a bit. The customer support was also very responsive the AI they used answered all my questions perfectly, very impressed by how well trained the AI model is on the different contexts users face when using the platform. The fraud detection capabilities were also very useful, from blocking rewards being sent out to foreign countries to sometimes blocking rewards that were generated from the same IP address,
