Tremendous is truly an incredible platform that I love for sending out gift cards to a large group of people! Before Tremendous, I had to send out gift cards and other rewards individually, which was time consuming, difficult, and annoying. With the Tremendous application, I have everything I need in one place. Not only has Tremendous helped streamline our gift-giving process, it has also simplified our expense reporting, relieving a lot of my stress and my team’s stress. Other gift carding platforms have unnecessary fees, and have confusing user interfaces, but the user interface is so simple on Tremendous to navigate and there are options to create multiple workspaces - so you can easily control where your funds go, who has access to what, and have different approvers so nobody has to share the same account or get confused when it comes to making sure the right folks are at the right approval level. It is absolutely a lifesaver for when you need to send out rewards or giftcards without the hassle - you can also create different types of rewards under the tab for, “Campaigns” and generate different types of rewards for things like "Gift cards for Game Winners" or "Gift cards for Birthdays," or, “Gift Cards for Work Anniversaries” or, “Gift Cards for X Study,”etc. and use those templates that you have already created so you do not have to rewrite the same email over and over. What a time saver for people who hate writing emails! I have sent out 10+ gift cards at once. If you no longer need those templates or campaigns, you can also archive them to keep a clean and tidy workspace so that you’re not drowning in different emails that aren’t relevant anymore. You also have the option to send a virtual gift card or a physical gift card (believe it or not, some people enjoy snail mail). We love multiple options all in one application! If you accidentally send someone a physical gift card, or someone changes their mind and wants a gift card right away, the customer service team at Tremendous is so quick to respond and will immediately fix it for you, and assist you with ensuring your gift receiver will get their virtual gift card instead of a physical gift card – which can take some time on other platforms. Before using the Tremendous application, I would have a really difficult and annoying time tracking our gifting and gift card expenses, but on the platform, you can easily access payment history all in one place, which is so incredible for expense reporting purposes. I don’t have to keep a folder somewhere of receipts and I’m no longer afraid of accidentally losing a receipt, or an invoice – which would make my life harder during expense reporting at the end of the month. Phew! If you have a larger amount of gift cards to send out, you can even add multiple emails and multiple approvers to send them all at once, instead of doing it one at a time. The best thing about the Tremendous application is how simple and no hassle it is to use – I have added multiple employees to the platform and they learn immediately how easy it is to make use of, and they’re sending out gift cards right away, just after making their accounts–I’m able to work on other stuff rather than training new people how to use it! You can add funds multiple ways, which is convenient, but ACH wiring is fee-free and stupid simple to use. All you have to do is just generate an invoice and pay it - the funds will roll into your account soon after, and I have never had any issues getting funds into my account. If you don’t mind the fees, you can also pay via bank account or credit card. The invoice generating function also cuts down time and saves me on fees and other useless options on other gifting platforms, where I have to pay extra just to send a gift card; how ridiculous is that? If one gift card comes with a $2 or $5 fee, after a while that can add up to hundreds of dollars, especially if a major function of your job is to send out rewards – so thank goodness for Tremendous and their easy to use interface. And it’s not just Visa Gift Cards, you can send all types of gift cards, like Southwest Flights Gift Cards, or Gift Cards for certain restaurants or other stores, like Sephora. There’s also the option to send out UberEats or DoorDash gift cards. My favorite one to send though is the all-inclusive Visa gift card, though, because you can use it anywhere and our employees are very happy with how quick and easy Tremendous is for them to access. If another workspace on Tremendous needs more funds, you can even transfer them between workspaces, so no worries on having a good balance (if you stick to ACH payment). Tremendous also has this amazing function where you can see and preview an email before sending it out – you can send an email draft to yourself first to see what your gift receivers will see. The email drafts are also customizable, with different colors and texts. You can even add the hex code to really personalize the emails you send out to winners! If your organization has a specific theme, behold: Tremendous! The most customizable email template creator to streamline gift-giving. Because of Tremendous, I have truly saved hours of my work time by not worrying about drafting the right email – I draft it once and it’s done. I used to spend so much time worrying about what an email would look like, and worrying the grammar would be incorrect, or visually unappealing! If you are still unsure about using Tremendous at your work place, you can start a free trial with them and see just how amazing it could be for your work! Another unexpected benefit of using Tremendous, is how I now have the option to just add integrations with other programs I also use, like Zapier! I love being able to have a cohesive working set of applications that all work together to make my life simpler when it comes to my work. You can also connect it to Typeform, which is another platform I really love and enjoy using to make my job simpler. If you want to check your spending habits, you can look under “Analytics” and see over time just how much your team uses, and plan ahead budget wise. I have personally been gifted a gift card on Tremendous, and accessing that gift card is no hassle - I just login, and check my own personal gift cards. The online gift card looks just like a physical gift card but online and I can easily copy and paste the gift card information without using some random code like with other platforms. The best part is, it stays there and never deletes itself (retention policies can be so tedious). If you’re still unsure, just try it out. I was unsure, but now if I have to send any type of reward outside of Tremendous, which is rare, I miss the usability and simpleness of Tremendous.
