
I LOVE the real time texting capabilities which come in for the entire office allowing anyone who is free to be able to respond quickly to time sensitive issues. I also really like being able to "unread" a text so that the lead on a study can go back and add personal touches.
The customer service is also very accessible, and in this tech driven business environment...that is imperative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conversely, I also wish that you could designate some emails as only for a certain lead so that a person could designate some as private occasionally.
Also, initially, the system sent ALL calls to one person's phone which was overwhelming. This got rectified, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
