What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

This editor is the best thing for mostly the front end development. It has many best features like debugging, side by side editing, Intellisense code completion, language support etc. It is easy to download and install. The syntax highlighting helps a lot in coding. Command palette is one of the most powerful utilities of this Editor. I have installed this for developing the angular 4 projects, which becomes more ease to code. You have to give some time to get understand to the editor, so that it makes things easier. I would strongly to recommend to my colleagues and the freshers, as it has got many best features. What problems is Visual Studio Code solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, I was using the sublime text and some another IDE's for coding. But now, I feel like this is the best editor when compared to the other IDE's. The auto complete option helps to avoid making the errors. You can get information related to the line of code, when the cursor is placed on the function or line, which gives all the details and information about the function. What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

I like that it has support for multiple languages all for free! Instead of paying for large software like Intellij(which I also use for work purposes), I can get much of the functionality in a free platform. I like that it has a useful terminal built in(I have used other terminals in software like Atom and did not enjoy it), lots of plugins, and git integration! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
