- Constant support by Microsoft, knowing that MS is backing the editor with monthly updates and fixes makes me more comfortable of the fact that I can use VSCode within my production tooling

I like the functionality it offers so much for free software. Also the customization is pretty neat, I enjoy the extensions as you can download them and use them all in the same time. Earlier when i was a newbie I was used to use WebStorm for HTML, and Eclipse for Java. As for now you can use them all in the same IDE, doing the same help as WebStorm and Eclipse.
