All the plugins/extensions offered. These extensions make programming a lot easier. On my Macbook it works really fast, haven't have any freezes since I started using VS code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Sometimes extensions don't really work together so you have to choose between different extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Sometimes, depending on the number of files that run, it can freeze, I also find it difficult to adapt to its interface because it is very different from what I was using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

"Best text editor I've ever used"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

It's a great text editor with very easy to use features. I like the fact it's very much customizable so that I can change the theme, fonts, add specific plugins for languages supports and all. It makes my job easy so that I can focus on logic while the editor makes the syntax-correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Considering the use, there's nothing I can think of which I dislike. Sometimes syntax highlighting breaks but can't find the issue either. But it's only happened very few times of my experience with the VS code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

I love the extensions/plug-ins that you can download for the code editor. It is highly customizable and there's really no downsides to it. The app is light-weight and it can be executed in a little amount of time. I see almost all my co-workers using this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

There's nothing to dislike about this. It's literally the best code editor I've used. The design is sleek and pleasing to the eyes. The set-up is pretty intuitive as well. I never went through a tutorial in order to learn how to properly utilize the editors' functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
